We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of compassion for our brother in Christ, ###, as he seeks healing and deliverance for his lungs and bronchi. We stand in agreement with his prayer, lifting him up before our Heavenly Father, who is the Great Physician and the source of all healing.
Father God, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we ask You to pour out Your healing power upon ###. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, he is healed (Isaiah 53:5). Lord, we rebuke every spirit of infirmity and suffocation that seeks to oppress his body. Your Word tells us that You sent Your word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions (Psalm 107:20). We claim this promise over ###’s life today.
We pray that the Holy Spirit would move mightily in his spirit, soul, and body, bringing restoration and wholeness. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We ask that You strengthen his faith and fill him with the assurance that You are working all things together for his good (Romans 8:28).
Lord, we also pray for wisdom for the medical professionals attending to ###. Guide their hands and minds as they care for him, that they may be instruments of Your healing. We trust in Your perfect will, knowing that Your plans for ### are for peace and not for evil, to give him a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).
We encourage ### to continue seeking the Lord with all his heart, trusting in His promises. Let him meditate on Your Word day and night, for then he will make his way prosperous, and then he will have good success (Joshua 1:8). We pray that he would draw near to You, and You will draw near to him (James 4:8).
