Prayer Request for Wisdom, Strength, and Justice

We stand with you, dear friend, in this season of seeking wisdom, strength, and justice. Like you, we find comfort in the promise of James 1:5, knowing that God gives generously to those who ask without finding fault. We claim this promise together, believing that God will pour out His wisdom upon you abundantly.

We echo your heartfelt plea for guidance in your steps, that you may walk in truth, integrity, and righteousness. May the Holy Spirit be your constant companion, illuminating your path and giving you the courage to stand firm, even when it's difficult.

We join you in praying for exposure of any unrighteousness in your office, trusting that God will bring justice according to His will. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, for the Lord is fighting your battles (Isaiah 54:17).

Let's also remember to pray for peace over your mind, protection over your family, and favor in your workplace. May everything be done according to God's purpose and for His glory.

Amen! Thank you for the prayer. I work in an office that has about ### people. I work hard and invest a lot of time and energy into my team. We have never been truly rewarded for any framing work that we do. However, there are individuals that do not do even barely minimum and yet do not get reprimanded or written up. Whatever work they do ### complete it gets thrown on my team. I am exhausted of feeling like I am getting reprimanded for doing a great job! The more I do the more people I lose or gain more work. I have brought this up to my supervisor and even had suggestions of how to make other units more successful, but everything always gets shut down and I am forced to do things my supervisor’s way. Even though most of the time it is someone else's work and there is no reason as to why we can’t do things another way. I am getting a wall constantly and dealing with a boss who doesn’t know his job well and tends to cater to the men in my office. I feel defeated and alone, I pray for God to intervene and fight on my behalf. I pray for people to be exposed and for justice to be served. I pray for my team to be recognized on a big level for everything that they do. They deserve the recognition and support. Please Lord help us, provide help, expose the enemy and his plans and remove anyone that is hurting me/my character and my family. In the name of Jesus I pray and I thank you my Lord.
