We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation with fervent prayer. First, we must address the matter of injustice you have faced. The Bible tells us in Romans 12:19, *"Dearly beloved, don’t seek revenge yourselves, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’"* While your desire for accountability is understandable, we must surrender this burden to God, trusting that He will bring justice in His perfect timing and way. We pray that the truth will be revealed, and that any wrongdoing will be exposed and dealt with according to God’s righteousness.
Lord, we ask that You guide the investigation process with Your wisdom and truth. If it is Your will, let this director face the consequences of his actions, not out of a spirit of vengeance, but so that justice may prevail and others may be protected from further harm. We pray for repentance in his heart, for Your Word says in Ezekiel 18:23, *"Have I any pleasure in the death of the wicked? says the Lord Yahweh; and not rather that he should return from his way, and live?"* May he come to a place of true repentance and restitution, not just for his sake, but for the sake of those he has wronged and for Your glory.
We also lift up your future to the Lord with great hope. You have placed a desire in your heart to pursue further education, and we believe this is part of God’s plan for your life. We pray that He will open every door for you, providing favor in your assessments and entry into the degree course. May He grant you the strength, focus, and resources to excel in your studies and work, as Philippians 4:13 reminds us, *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."* We ask that He would provide for your needs, including the practical matter of your kitchen cabinets, as He promises in Matthew 6:33, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."*
As you step into this new season, we pray for the desire of your heart to find a godly wife. May the Lord lead you to a woman who loves Him wholeheartedly and shares your values and vision for marriage. Proverbs 18:22 tells us, *"Whoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh."* Let your time at university be a season of growth, not just academically, but spiritually and relationally, as you seek to honor God in all things. We encourage you to remain pure in your relationships, guarding your heart and body as temples of the Holy Spirit, as 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 instructs, *"Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."*
Finally, we must address the foundation of our prayers. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. John 14:6 declares, *"Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.’"* If you have not already, we encourage you to place your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, repenting of your sins and trusting in His finished work on the cross for your salvation. This is the first and most important step in walking with God and experiencing His peace, provision, and purpose in your life.
Heavenly Father, we lift up this dear brother to You, asking that You would surround him with Your presence and peace. Strengthen him in this season of transition, and let Your light shine brightly in his life. May he experience Your justice, Your provision, and Your guidance in every area. We trust You to work all things together for his good, as You have promised in Romans 8:28. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
