Prayer Request For Healing

Hello... I'm very young but I won't let that hinder me from praising the Lord... My faith is really weak but now I want God to give me wisdom to help me learn His word... My prayer request is for the healing of my eczema... I know it doesn't really have a cure but I know that nothing is impossible with God... Another prayer request is for my grandfather... My mom has said that he has been shaking and getting fevers a lot... I love him because he is the one who took care of me for 10 years along with my grandmother... Another prayer is for my friend's mom... She currently has a brain tumor and has to go back and forth from the hospital...
