Prayer request for God will masquerade into human lack of belief in God, and due to the incompetence government, which favors foreigners over locals thus the church is deluded into believing that it was actually the person incompetence and kept asking people to go for job to create more underemployment and let locals become unfaithful stewards of their talent whilst it is the companies discrimination against locals due to the government policies and the foreigner covet our locals jobs as those jobs does not belong to them in the first place but locals and they are employed because they are dirt cheap as thrash not because of they are competence.

We hear the burden in your heart about work, provision, the stewardship of talents, and the pain you feel when you see your community struggling for employment while policies seem to favor others. We join you in bringing this before the Lord, and we want to seek His will together with you in Jesus' name.

We must gently and lovingly address some of what you have shared so that our prayers and thinking align with Scripture. You speak of God masquerading as human lack of belief. God does not masquerade or deceive. God is not a man, that he should lie, nor a son of man, that he should repent Numbers 23:19, and it is impossible for God to lie Titus 1:2. Lack of belief comes from the human heart, not from God pretending to be something He is not. The Scriptures show that people are without excuse because what is known of God is revealed in creation Romans 1:20, yet many hold unbelief in their hearts Hebrews 3:12. God desires all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth 1 Timothy 2:4 and He is patient, not wishing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance 2 Peter 3:9. When we see unbelief around us, we are called to pray that the Lord would open eyes and soften hearts, not to think that God Himself is disguised as unbelief.

We also hear your deep frustration with government, companies, and those who have come from other nations to work. We understand the pain of underemployment and of feeling that your gifts and talents are not being used as God intended. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23, and the parable of the talents reminds us that the Lord entrusts each of us according to our ability and calls us to be faithful with what we have been given Matthew 25:15. Even in a difficult job market, He sees your faithfulness and calls you to steward what you have for His glory. At the same time we must guard our hearts against bitterness and contempt toward others. You used language that describes fellow human beings as dirt cheap as trash. Every person, whether local or foreigner, is made in the image of God Genesis 1:27 and God shows no partiality Acts 10:34, Romans 2:11. The Lord commands, The stranger who lives as a foreigner with you shall be to you as the native-born among you, and you shall love him as yourself Leviticus 19:34, and You shall love your neighbor as yourself Matthew 22:39. Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice Ephesians 4:31, and see to it that no root of bitterness springing up causes trouble Hebrews 12:15. It is right to desire just and wise governance and fair treatment for workers, for masters are told to give to servants that which is just and equal Colossians 4:1 and to not oppress a hired servant Leviticus 19:13, but we are not to hate or dehumanize those who are also seeking to provide for their families, nor to covet what belongs to another Exodus 20:17. Our struggle is not ultimately against flesh and blood, and we are called to pray rather than to harbor resentment.

The church indeed needs wisdom and discernment in how it counsels people about work. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5. We should pray that pastors and believers are not conformed to this world, but transformed by the renewing of the mind, so that we may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God Romans 12:2. Government also needs our prayers. Let every person be in subjection to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God Romans 13:1, and we are exhorted that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence 1 Timothy 2:1-2. Even when we disagree with policies, we are to pray for those in authority that God would grant them justice, competence, and a heart to care for all people, and we put our ultimate trust not in princes Psalm 146:3 but in the Lord who promises to supply every need according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19.

We notice your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6, and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If we confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in our heart that God raised Him from the dead, we will be saved Romans 10:9. It is by His name we pray and find mercy.

So we pray together with you now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, asking for Your will to be done. Lord, we ask You to reveal Yourself to those who do not yet believe, to remove the veil of unbelief and draw many to saving faith in Jesus. Give us compassion for the lost and courage to speak the truth in love. Father, we lift up our governing authorities and employers to You. Grant them wisdom, integrity, and justice, that they may govern and hire fairly, caring for the good of all people and not showing unjust partiality. We pray for those who are underemployed and discouraged, that You would open doors for meaningful work where they can faithfully steward the talents You have given them, and that You would provide for their needs and guard them from discouragement and envy. Heal any bitterness in our hearts, teach us to love both neighbor and stranger as ourselves, and to speak of others with dignity as those made in Your image. Give Your church discernment to counsel with truth and grace, to not misjudge people's struggles, but to point them to faithful stewardship and trust in You. We ask that You would help us to work heartily as unto You, to trust You more than policies or economies, and to rest in Your sovereign goodness. We ask all this in the precious and only name of Jesus Christ, our hope and our salvation. Amen.

We hear how heavy this has been for you, carrying the weight of underemployment and feeling overlooked while trying to be faithful with the gifts God has given you. It is discouraging when hard work does not seem to lead to open doors, and when it feels like the church around you does not fully understand what you are facing. We are praying with you in that frustration.

Wanting to be a good steward of your talents is a good and right desire. When opportunities feel blocked, it can help to have a few steady voices walking with you who know your skills and your story. We have seen many find encouragement through a small group focused on employment transitions or financial stewardship, or simply by sitting down with one or two trusted advisers to talk through next steps, review how your experience matches openings, and pray for wisdom about where to apply and how to persevere.

If that kind of support is available through your church or community, we encourage you to reach out and ask. You do not have to carry the search alone.

Father, we lift our brother to You. You see his work, his abilities, and his desire to provide and serve well. Give him clarity in the days ahead, provision for his needs, and peace as he trusts You with what he cannot control. Your cry has been heard and we have carried it before the Lord who hears the sighing of His people. You speak of a land where unbelief abounds, where work is scarce and hearts grow weary, where it seems the rulers of this world have forgotten justice and where even the church at times misjudges the burden you bear. We do not take such sorrow lightly, for the Lord Himself sees all that checkers life, and not a sparrow falls nor a talent lies unused without His knowledge.

We pray first that God would reveal Himself in the midst of unbelief. The heart of man by nature does not seek after God, and only the Spirit of God can make a man really receive and acknowledge the truth. Jesus Christ came into the world to save sinners, and this is a faithful saying worthy of all confidence. If there is lack of belief in you or around you, we pray that the Lord would grant you to taste and see that He is good, for there was never a soul yet that did taste of His goodness but could bear cheerful testimony that it was even so. Look to the Son of God pouring out His life, and trust Him, for then your sins would be gone in a moment and you would find a Friend who sticks closer than a brother, who loved His own before all worlds and will not forsake them in the black flood of death.

Concerning your labour and your talent, hear what the Scripture says, it is required in stewards that a man be found faithful. Every man, converted or unconverted, has a stewardship to fulfill, and God will ask not how much was given but whether we were faithful with what was given. Though you may feel pressed into underemployment and though others may obtain by cheapness what should be yours by right and diligence, remember that God is the God of the hills and also the God of the valleys. He is the God of the many gifted and also of the one talented man who seeks to glorify Him. Do not think your small sphere is despised by Him. If you have but one talent, trade with it faithfully where He has placed you, and leave the care of it with the God who cares for you. It is yours to work and to exercise prudence, but it is yours also to call in the aid of God to your work.

The fear of temporal trouble is a heavy burden, and we know how the sneer of the ungodly and the weight of unjust policies can tempt the soul to bitterness or to doubt. Drive out all unbelief, for to doubt Him who has never proved untrue is to insult His faithfulness. Our God has the keeping of us and He will perfect that which concerns us until the day of Christ. All His people are in the hands of Jesus and in those hands they shall be forever. You may not be able to change the decrees of government nor the covetousness of men, but you have business which you can leave with your God, and He will not fail you.

Therefore we pray for you, that the Lord would give you strong faith in a faithful God, that He would guard your heart from envy and keep you faithful in your stewardship, that He would give wisdom to His church to speak the pure Word of God with compassion and truth, and that He would provide for your daily bread and open a door for your labour where your gifts may be used for His glory. May you be found faithful, and may you prove in your own experience that they looked unto Him and were lightened and their faces were not ashamed.

We commend you to Him who is able to keep you, trusting that He who began a good work will perform it. Amen.

Your request has been heard and we join with you in bringing these heavy burdens before the Lord. We hear your longing for God to reveal Himself where there is unbelief, and your pain over work, provision, and the sense that those in authority have not acted with wisdom or fairness, and that this has left many feeling overlooked and unable to use the gifts God has given them.

Scripture teaches that God does not hide Himself in masquerade but has truly revealed Himself in Jesus Christ, who became a merciful and faithful High Priest to make reconciliation for the sins of the people. It is through Christ alone that we are saved and brought near to God, and it is He who calls us beloved and calls us to be saints. When there is lack of belief, our prayer is not that God would pretend, but that He would open eyes to see the truth of the Gospel and grant faith, for He is faithful and will not suffer us to be tempted beyond what we are able to bear, but will provide a way through.

We also hear your concern about stewardship and work. The Lord teaches that each person is entrusted as a steward with gifts, whether wisdom, strength, opportunity, or wealth, and it is required in stewards that a person be found faithful. A faithful steward does not waste what the Master has given, nor use it to harm others, but dispenses it wisely for the common good and for the glory of God. That means using our talents diligently and honestly, not becoming unfaithful in our calling, and also trusting God to provide while we do our part. The apostle reminds us that if a person will not work, that idleness is to be corrected, yet those who are able to show mercy should not grow weary in doing good. Both diligence and generosity are needed.

Where there is frustration with government and with employment, and where there is tension between locals and foreigners, we pray for justice and wisdom without giving place to hatred or contempt. God loves both neighbor and stranger, and commands us to act with fairness and love toward all, while also praying for those in authority that they would govern with wisdom and impartiality for the good of all people. We pray too for the church, that it would not be deluded but would speak with both wisdom and fidelity, discerning what is true and caring well for those entrusted to it.

Let us pray together. Father, we ask that You reveal Yourself in Your Son Jesus Christ to those who do not yet believe, and strengthen the faith of those who do. Grant repentance and faith where there is unbelief, and draw many to salvation through Christ alone. Give wisdom to those who govern, that they may act justly and seek the common advantage. Grant to employers and to all who have influence, fairness and integrity. Provide for those who are underemployed or without work, and help each person to be a faithful and wise steward of the talents You have given, using them not for harm but for Your glory and the good of others. Comfort those who feel forgotten, guard hearts from bitterness, and teach us to love our neighbors while trusting Your faithful provision. Your honest cry has been heard and you are not alone in feeling unseen and misjudged in a hard season. The pain of wanting God to make Himself known where there is unbelief, and the frustration of working hard with your God given abilities yet facing closed doors and feeling blamed for it, is a heavy burden to carry.

The story of Job speaks directly to this kind of experience. That book is among the oldest in the Bible, reaching back perhaps to the time of Abraham, and it is placed among the poetic books. Though cultures and economies have changed greatly since then, the deepest questions Job faced are still our questions today. Scripture pulls back the curtain to show something Job and his friends could not see. God Himself testified that Job was a man who sought to walk uprightly, who loved God and turned from evil. The adversary had been watching Job closely, studying him and forming a theory about him, claiming that Job only honored God because God had placed a protective hedge around him and blessed him with much. God permitted that hedge to be tested, not because Job had failed, but to reveal what was true.

When Job lost so much and sat in pain, three friends came to comfort him. At first they simply sat with him, but soon their comfort turned to accusation. One insisted that suffering must mean hidden sin, another called him a hypocrite who had forgotten God, and another told him to simply get right with God and all would be well. They took general truths about God being just and fair and used them as a weapon against a hurting man, telling him his problem must be his own incompetence or secret wrongdoing. Job answered that he knew God is just, but he also knew he did not understand why this was happening. He poured out his grief and confusion, even saying things out of anguish that were not settled doctrine but the cries of a wounded heart. Scripture records those cries honestly, but teaches us not to build doctrine on words spoken from grief. Through it all Job did not curse God or charge Him foolishly. He brought his complaint honestly while still holding to his integrity before God.

In the end God Himself spoke and showed that the friends had not spoken rightly about Him. He corrected them and called them to repentance, and He vindicated Job. That tells us two important things for your situation. First, God is at work even when it feels as though He has forsaken you. Second, well meaning people, even in the church, can misread your situation completely, assuming personal failure when the real pressures may be larger and more complex than they understand. God sees what is actually happening, including the systems and policies and hiring practices that affect you, and He is not confused about where responsibility lies.

You asked that God would break into human unbelief. God does not deceive or masquerade. He reveals Himself truthfully, and He has done so most clearly through Jesus Christ. Job cried out for a mediator, someone who could stand between God and man and lay a hand on both. That cry is answered in Jesus, who alone brings us to God and makes it possible for unbelieving hearts to be opened. Our prayer is not that God would pretend or trick people into belief, but that He would graciously open eyes to the truth of Christ, who alone saves, and that He would give you and those around you faith to trust Him even when you cannot trace His hand.

Regarding work and provision, God calls every person to be a faithful steward of the talents He has given, and He grieves when those gifts are underused or hindered by injustice. It is right to pray for daily bread, for just and wise governance, and for employers to act fairly. It is also right to guard your own heart against contempt or coveting, even when you feel others have taken what should be yours. Every person, local or foreign, is made in the image of God, and we are called to love our neighbors while also praying that those in authority will act with wisdom and impartiality for the good of all. Bitterness will only add weight to your burden, while entrusting justice to God, who is truly fair, will keep your heart free to serve Him faithfully with whatever opportunity He provides today, even if it seems smaller than what you hoped for.

Let us pray together. Father, reveal Yourself as the true and living God to those who do not yet believe, and strengthen faith where it is weak. You see this dear one who feels misjudged and overlooked. You know the need for meaningful work and the desire to steward well what You have entrusted. Provide, open doors that no one can shut, and give wisdom to use each talent for Your glory even in a season of underemployment. Give wisdom to leaders to govern justly and to the church to comfort with truth and grace rather than hasty judgment. Keep this heart from bitterness and help it to rest in Your justice and mercy through Jesus Christ, our mediator. Bring peace, provision, and a renewed confidence that You are working even now. Amen.
