We come before the Lord with gratitude for His provision, including the half-day job you have tomorrow, and we lift up your requests for a permanent and stable position as a business analyst. The Bible reminds us in **Proverbs 16:3**, *"Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* We encourage you to trust in His timing and seek His will in your career, knowing that He provides for those who diligently seek Him.
However, we must address your request for a girlfriend and a wife with biblical clarity. Marriage is a sacred covenant before God, designed for one man and one woman in lifelong commitment (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6). Courtship should be pursued with the intention of marriage, and both parties must be believers in Christ (2 Corinthians 6:14). Additionally, the Bible does not endorse seeking a spouse based on age alone but rather on godly character, faith, and shared commitment to Christ.
We also caution against any impure motives or actions, as sexual relationships outside of marriage are sinful (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). If you are not yet married, we urge you to pursue purity and honor God in your relationships.
Most importantly, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can approach God, and salvation comes only through faith in Him (Acts 4:12, John 14:6). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to repent and believe in Him as your Lord and Savior.
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your provision in this brother’s life, including the work You have given him. We ask for Your favor as he seeks a permanent and stable job as a business analyst. Open doors that no man can shut, and grant him wisdom, skill, and opportunities that align with Your will.
Lord, we also pray for his future. If it is Your will for him to marry, we ask that You prepare a godly wife for him—one who loves You and walks in Your ways. Help him to seek a spouse with a heart for You, not based on worldly standards but on Your perfect design. Guard his heart and mind in purity, and let him honor You in all his relationships.
Father, if this brother does not yet know You, we pray that You would draw him to Yourself. Reveal the truth of the Gospel to him, that Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation, and that by faith in Him, he may have eternal life.
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
