We come before the Lord with you in this time of need and petition, lifting up your requests for provision, companionship, and resolution to your current challenges. First, we must address that your prayer does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father. The Scriptures remind us in John 14:13-14, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* It is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we can approach God’s throne with confidence, and there is no other name under heaven by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). We encourage you to place your trust in Him alone, for He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to repent of your sins and believe in Him today, for *"if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9).
Now, let us turn to your requests with hearts aligned to God’s will. You seek a full-time permanent position as a Business Analyst, and we understand the desire for stability and purpose in your work. The Lord knows your needs, and He calls us to trust in Him rather than lean on our own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:31-33: *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. It is not merely about filling a void but about glorifying God through a lifelong commitment to a godly spouse. We urge you to seek a wife who is a believer in Jesus Christ, for the Scripture warns in 2 Corinthians 6:14, *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"* If you are not already doing so, we encourage you to pray for a spouse who loves the Lord, walks in obedience to His Word, and shares your vision for a Christ-centered marriage. Use this season of waiting to grow in your own faith, purity, and readiness for the responsibilities of marriage. Flee from any temptation to pursue relationships outside of God’s design, including premarital intimacy, for *"flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body"* (1 Corinthians 6:18).
Lastly, you mention the frustration of waiting for your computer to be repaired, and we understand how such delays can disrupt your peace. Yet even in this, we are called to patience and trust in the Lord’s timing. James 5:7-8 reminds us, *"Be patient therefore, brothers, until the coming of the Lord. Behold, the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient over it, until it receives the early and late rain. You also be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand."* We pray that the Lord would grant you patience and provide a swift resolution to this temporary setback. May He also use this time to draw you closer to Himself, teaching you to rely on His strength rather than your own.
