Dear Lord,
Thank You for the many opportunities You have given to us to choose. Thank You for creating us with differences. Thank You for creating us with preferences and opinions. We know our opinions are shaped so much by what we are consuming and exposing ourselves to through the power of influence. We pray we would be able to communicate with each other about our preferences and opinions on things without letting the conversation divide us. We pray we would be able to understand each other better and reason with each other for the purpose of benefiting our marriage. Please help us to find ways to be agreeable and to accommodate our preferences. We pray our experiences together would be a rich blessing. We pray we would be able to learn from each other and grow together to know each other and You in a deeper way in Jesus’ name AMEN!
