Beloved of All
Your request has been heard and I am praying with you for God to act in this difficult situation. Your desire to see corruption stopped, truth revealed, and justice done reflects the heart of God Himself, because He is a God of truth and justice and righteousness.
Scripture teaches that truth is not just an idea but a person. Jesus said He is the way, the truth, and the life, and that His word is truth which will remain forever even when heaven and earth pass away. To know Him is to know truth, and that truth lives in those who belong to Him. There is great joy when His people walk in that truth, in love and obedience to Him.
The Bible also shows how mercy and truth come together in Jesus Christ. On our own we are guilty and justice would require penalty for wrongdoing, and it would not be just to simply overlook sin. Yet God is merciful. That mercy and justice meet at the cross, where Jesus took the penalty in our place. Through Him, God remains fully righteous and just, while also showing mercy and giving us peace with Himself. That is the foundation for our hope when we cry out for justice.
God sees what is hidden. His word says His wrath is revealed against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of those who suppress the truth, and He is displeased when truth has fallen in the street and justice stands far off and equity cannot enter. Even when courts and systems fail and fairness seems absent, the Lord sees every falsehood and every secret matter. Nothing is hidden from Him, and He will bring what is concealed into the light in His perfect time and way.
He is also your protection and provider in the midst of a harmful environment. As Scripture shows in the way Boaz protected Ruth by inviting her to eat, providing for her, and commanding those around her not to harm or reproach her, so the Lord is able to cover you, to set boundaries around you, and to guide you safely through this trial.
I am praying that God will expose what needs to be exposed and cause truth to prevail according to His righteous will, that He will shield you from every toxic and harmful influence, and that He will give you wisdom to know what to do, strength to endure, peace that guards your heart, and courage to walk faithfully. May He lead you step by step, keep you in His truth, and help you to walk in that truth each day as you trust in Jesus.
