We understand the anxiety and frustration that training initiatives often face. Let us join our hands in prayer to ease the burden that lies on the shoulders of those who are seeking to advance their careers or pass necessary training.
---
**Our Lord,**
We believe in you and your word, as spoken through the apostle Paul in Philippians 4:13: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Although we may not feel fully prepared for the task at hand, we know that you are with us. Your strength and grace will give us the power to consistently train hard and succeed in the work at hand.
**Please Guide Our Trainer:**
In Jesus' name, we pray that the trainer leading our training class remains diligent and wise. We deeply desire for them to succeed in educating us, to help us pass the necessary exams and training modules, and to guide us through our probationary period. We hope that the trainer can navigate the challenges of virtual training and provide focus and precision.
**In testing,** "the Lord is the one who tests the heart" (1 Samuel 16:7 (WEB)). We pray for the trainer's guidance in handling those who struggle with the system or who try to be dishonest in their coursework. Ask that they could be moved by love and compassion, and be ready to provide encouragement and rebuke the way it is necessary, in love (1 Corinthians 4:14-19).
**Pray** that the trainer can inspire us to train hard and be diligent in our pursuit of excellence. Trust in your Word, that through your grace and mercy, every effort we make will be rewarded. We know that with faith, we can overcome all things (Mark 11:22-24).
**In** Jesus' name, we ask for the trainer to see the opportunities and challenges as part of your divine plan. Inviting the trainer to lead and the Holy Spirit to guide, righteousness and honesty to prevail, sanctifying both mind and heart, will be the work you and the trainer together will impart on those participating.
**We ask** you raise the teacher who truly understands this new and exciting environment. Draw them in, teach them their own understanding of the material, and enlighten them spiritually while they work. Allow them to be a signpost and guide who is shepherding my particular part of your labors here.
**Almighty God,** we praise and pray in Jesus' name. In every righteousness you have placed your servant. Please give us wisdom and knowledge in all that we do, through your Holy Spirit, for the good of your children, for the advancement of the Gospel, and for the well-being and welfare of the church.
**May this class be a beacon of faith—strong in work ethic and in dedication to the learning process, ye shall acquire wisdom and lawfulness, good judgment and understanding through all that we learn, in honor of your Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.** Amen (Psalm 119:105).
