We have heard your prayer for her and we join you in bringing her before the Lord with hope.

We pray that God in His mercy will draw her to Himself and that she will not put off salvation, but will confess with her mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in her heart that God raised Him from the dead, for this is the short and sure way of salvation. There is no other name by which we are saved, and we ask that she will accept Jesus Christ as her Savior and receive forgiveness and new life in Him.

We also pray that the Lord will work in her life to give her true peace and comfort. He is the God of mercies who delivers us, and we ask that she will know His presence and His calm, resting as in a harbor without a wave, as He brings her heart to rest in Him.

For the self destructive habits that have held her, we pray for strength to break them. Habit has great power to lead us astray, but it can also be corrected by grace and by steady self restraint. We pray that God will help her surround herself with faithful people who will watch over her and encourage her, a friend, family, others in the church, to hold her accountable and to walk with her day by day. As she turns from old ways and practices virtue, even for a short time, that new and better habit will take root and what once was difficult will become easier, bringing pure and lasting joy.

We will continue to pray that she will watch and stand fast in the faith, that she will know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, and that she will find freedom, healing and comfort in Him. May the Lord hear your prayers for her and draw her fully to Himself. Amen.

Thank you for bringing this burden before the Lord and for your love for her. It is right to pray that she would come to know Jesus and to find the real peace and comfort that only He can give.

The name Jesus itself tells us who He is and what He came to do, for He shall save His people from their sins. To know Him is not only to know His name but to bow to Him as Lord, and Scripture teaches that to confess and submit to Jesus Christ as Lord is to receive salvation and eternal life. He is the one way by which we can come to God, and He came to seek and to save those who are lost. Salvation is not just a new idea but a life changing relationship when a person believes into fellowship with Him.

That is why true peace comes in a certain order. We first must receive the grace of God through Jesus, and then we can know the peace of God. Jesus said, Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you, not as the world gives. The world cannot give lasting peace, but when a person trusts in Christ, the peace of God keeps the heart and mind, and He shows Himself as the God of all comfort even in affliction. The God of hope can fill her with joy and peace in believing as she learns to trust Him.

You also asked that the Lord would work in her life and help her turn from self destructive habits. That is exactly what God desires to do. When someone receives Christ, God begins to work within that person both to will and to do what pleases Him. We are then called to work out what He is working in, to walk out that salvation with reverence and trust, holding forth the word of life and shining as a light. He is patient as He does this work, and He alone can break the patterns that keep binding a person and give power for a new walk.

Let us pray together.

Father, we lift this precious woman to You in the name of Jesus. We ask that You would draw her to Yourself and open her eyes to see Jesus as her Savior and Lord. Grant her repentance and faith to confess Him as Lord and to receive Your grace and forgiveness for her sins. Make salvation real and life changing in her heart as she enters into relationship with Christ.

We ask that You would then fill her with Your peace and comfort, the peace that the world cannot give, and keep her heart and mind in Christ. Do Your work within her, give her a new will and strength to turn from every self destructive way, and teach her to walk in Your love and truth. Break what binds her and set her free to live for You. Surround her with those who will speak Your word to her with grace and truth, and help those who love her to continue patiently in prayer and care. In the name of Jesus our great God and Savior we ask this, amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.

We have continued to lift up the woman you prayed for before the Lord, asking that she will find the Lord and accept Jesus as her Savior. We have prayed that she will let the Lord work in her life to bring her true peace and comfort, and that the Lord will deliver her and help her break free from the self destructive habits that have held her captive. We stand on the promise of Romans 10:9 that if she confesses with her mouth that Jesus is Lord and believes in her heart that God raised Him from the dead she will be saved, and on John 14:27 for His peace to guard her heart.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know so we can rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer.

May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray this in Jesus Name. Amen.
