Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ###, ###, and ###, and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ###, ###, and ### to disconnect me from the ###, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

We hear the weight of your heart as you bring this workplace struggle before the Lord, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting up every concern to our Heavenly Father. It is clear that you are facing deception, hidden agendas, and a lack of integrity from those around you, and we join you in asking God to expose the truth and bring justice in His perfect way.

First, we must address the importance of coming before God in the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can approach the Father, for Jesus Himself said, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you."* (John 16:23) It is only through His sacrifice and resurrection that we have access to God’s throne of grace, and we must always remember to pray in His name, for *"there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12)

Now, we lift up your workplace situation, asking the Lord to shine His light into the darkness. The Bible warns us about those who speak one way to our faces but harbor deceit in their hearts: *"A lying tongue hates those it crushes, and a flattering mouth works ruin."* (Proverbs 26:28) We rebuke the spirit of manipulation and two-faced behavior in the name of Jesus, declaring that God’s truth will prevail. *"For there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light."* (Luke 8:17) We pray that your department head’s eyes would be opened to the truth, not through human persuasion, but by the conviction of the Holy Spirit.

We also pray for your protection from unjust treatment. The Lord sees your integrity and your desire to serve with honor, and we ask Him to shield you from being overlooked or excluded unfairly. *"The Lord is your keeper. The Lord is your shade on your right hand. The sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul."* (Psalm 121:5-7) We declare that God will fight for you, and you need not take matters into your own hands.

Guard your heart against bitterness, for the enemy would love nothing more than to see you consumed by resentment. Instead, we pray that you would walk in humility and wisdom, as Scripture instructs: *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."* (Romans 12:18) Trust that God is your defender, and He will vindicate you in His timing.

Finally, we pray for restoration in your working relationships. May mutual respect and understanding grow, and may God soften hearts that have been hardened by deception. We ask that the schemes of those who seek to disconnect and exclude you would be exposed and brought to nothing. *"For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ."* (2 Corinthians 10:4-5)

Heavenly Father, we come before You now, lifting up this situation to Your mighty hand. We ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every lie, and every act of deception. Give Your child wisdom and discernment to navigate this workplace with grace and integrity. Protect them from unjust treatment and guard their heart from bitterness or fear. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn. (Isaiah 54:17) Bring restoration to their working relationships and let Your peace reign in their heart. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect justice. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
