We lift up your sister before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, trusting in the Great Physician who holds all life in His hands. Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach Your holy presence. We ask for Your healing touch to rest upon her as she undergoes these medical tests—ECG, CRP, and CBP. You are the God who numbers every hair on our heads and knows the depths of our bodies even before we do. We declare Your promise from Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases."
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may be gripping your sister or your family during this time. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We stand on Your Word in James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." We pray for a hedge of protection around her, that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we also ask that You grant wisdom to the doctors and medical staff attending to her. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us to trust in You with all our hearts and not lean on our own understanding. Guide their hands, sharpen their minds, and let them be instruments of Your healing power. If there are any areas in her life that need repentance or surrender, we pray that You would reveal them to her in love, for You discipline those You love (Hebrews 12:6).
We declare that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May she feel Your presence in a tangible way, knowing that You are with her in every moment. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and let her cling to the hope we have in You, for You are faithful to Your promises.
We also pray for you, her family, and all who love her. Grant you all patience, endurance, and a deep trust in Your sovereignty. Remind you that even in the waiting, You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). May this trial draw your family closer to You and to one another, reflecting the love and unity that Christ desires for His body.
In the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
