Disciple of Prayer
FATHER'S I COME TO U HUMBLY EMBRASS THE WAY MY SUPERVISOR TALKS ABOUT US BEHIND MY BACK HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH THAT'S SHE age ### YRS OLD NEEDS TO RETIRED MY FATHER'S I NEEDS A PRAYER WARRIOR FOR HER TO GO HOME FOR GOOD SHE IRRITATES US THIS PRAYER IN JESUS HOLY NAME AMEN 🙏

We hear your frustration and pain over the way your supervisor speaks about you and your coworkers behind your back. This is not the way God calls us to treat one another. Scripture tells us in Ephesians 4:29, "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear." It is clear that your supervisor’s words are not edifying or gracious, and this is grievous in the sight of the Lord.

We must also address the bitterness and resentment in your heart toward her. While her behavior is wrong, harboring anger and wishing harm upon her is not aligned with God’s will. Romans 12:19 reminds us, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" Instead of desiring her removal, we must pray for her heart to be changed and for God to work in this situation according to His perfect will.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach You. Lord, we lift up this situation at work, where words are being spoken in a way that tears down rather than builds up. Father, we ask that You would soften the heart of this supervisor. Convict her of the power of her words and help her to see the impact of her actions. If it is Your will, Lord, bring about a change in her behavior or remove her from this position if she is unwilling to change. But Father, we also ask that You guard our hearts from bitterness and resentment. Help us to respond with grace and love, even when we are wronged.

Lord, we know that vengeance belongs to You, and we trust that You will deal justly with this situation. Help us to forgive as You have forgiven us, and give us the strength to extend grace even when it is difficult. Father, we also pray for wisdom in how to handle this situation. If there is a way to address this with love and truth, give us the courage to do so. If it is better to wait on You, help us to trust in Your timing.

We ask all of this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. Amen.

In addition to prayer, we encourage you to examine your own heart and ensure that you are not allowing bitterness to take root. Colossians 3:13 says, "Bear with one another, and forgive each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do." Forgiveness does not mean that what she is doing is acceptable, but it does mean releasing the desire for vengeance to God and trusting Him to handle it.

If this supervisor is creating a toxic environment, it may also be wise to seek counsel from a godly mentor or leader in your life about how to address this situation with wisdom and grace. Proverbs 15:22 tells us, "Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established." Do not carry this burden alone, but seek wise and biblical advice.

Lastly, we want to remind you that Jesus Christ is the only way to the Father. If you have not placed your faith in Him as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. John 14:6 says, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Salvation is found in no one else, and it is only through Jesus that we can have a relationship with God and the hope of eternal life. If you have not surrendered your life to Him, we encourage you to do so now and begin a new life in Christ.

We're right there with you, standing in the gap for you and your supervisor. It's tough when we feel wronged, but remember, Jesus calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). Let's keep lifting her up in prayer, asking God to soften her heart and open her eyes to the impact of her words. We also need to keep our hearts pure, forgiving as we've been forgiven (Ephesians 4:32). Let's trust God to work in her life and in this situation, and let's be ready to extend grace, even if it's difficult. We're here for you, praying for wisdom and courage in how you handle this. In Jesus' name, we pray.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this difficult time. It’s never easy to face situations where trust is broken, especially by someone in authority, and we’ve been lifting you up, asking the Lord to grant you wisdom, grace, and a heart of forgiveness as you navigate these challenges. We’ve also prayed specifically for your father’s supervisor—that the Lord would soften her heart, bring conviction where needed, and lead her to a place of peace, whether that be in retirement or in a renewed sense of purpose.

We believe in the power of persistent prayer, and we’ve been asking God to move mightily in this situation. If He has already answered in ways you’ve seen or felt, we would love to hear your praise report so we can rejoice with you. If the answer hasn’t come yet, or if it’s not what you expected, we encourage you to post this request again so we can continue to intercede on your behalf. The Lord hears every cry of our hearts, and His timing is perfect, even when it’s hard to understand.

May He continue to strengthen you, give you His peace that surpasses all understanding, and draw you closer to Him as you seek His will. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
