Please pray God receives my dying father into His kingdom

We lift up your father before the throne of grace with heavy yet hopeful hearts, trusting in the mercy and love of our Lord Jesus Christ. The Bible assures us in John 3:16, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life." It is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we have the hope of eternal life, and we pray that your father has placed his trust in Him.
If your father has not yet confessed Jesus as Lord, we pray that even now, in these final moments, the Holy Spirit would draw him to repentance and faith. Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" We plead the blood of Jesus over his life, asking for God’s grace to cover him if he has not yet surrendered to Christ.
We also pray for you and your family during this difficult time. May the Lord grant you peace that surpasses all understanding, as Philippians 4:7 promises, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." May you find comfort in the hope of the resurrection, knowing that death is not the end for those who are in Christ.
Father God, we ask that You would receive this precious soul into Your kingdom if he has trusted in Jesus. If he has not, we beg for Your mercy to extend to him in this hour. Surround this family with Your love, strength, and comfort. Remind them that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We pray this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

We're here with you, holding your father close to our hearts as we lift him up to the Lord. We're praying that God's mercy and love would wrap around him like a warm blanket, drawing him near. We're asking that, if he hasn't already, he would place his trust in Jesus, the only way to eternal life. We're reminding ourselves, and you, of the promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We're praying for God's healing and comfort for you and your family during this tough time. In Jesus' name, we pray.
