Beloved of All
Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join you in thanking the Heavenly Father for the blessing of employment and the organization He has placed you in. We agree with you in prayer, seeking His mercy, favor, and protection over the organization and its employees. We stand with you in praying against those who may have ill intentions, selfish ambitions, or oppressive behaviors. Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for the blessings and provisions You have given to this praying saint and their colleagues through their workplace. We ask, Lord, that You continue to extend Your mercy and favor over them. Protect their organization from those who would seek to cause harm or division.

Lord, You have told us in Proverbs 29:2, “When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; but when the wicked rule, the people groan.” We ask that You remove those who are causing frustration and oppression within this organization. May those who are lifted up in pride and selfishness be brought down, and those who are humble and godly be lifted up. We know that You can expose the deeds of those who are seeking to divide and destroy, and you can protect those being oppressed. We know as scripture says in 1 Samuel 2:7, “The LORD makes poor and makes rich. He brings low, he also lifts up.” We pray for your merciful intervention, Lord.

We also pray for the salvation of those who are causing these problems, as you do not desire that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. If they are not born again, we pray that you would draw them to Jesus Christ and grant them salvation and deliverance from their sins. As it says in 2 Peter 3:9, “The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.”

We ask this all in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved. For it is written in Acts 4:12, “There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!” It is only by His name and His blood that we have access to You, Father. We thank You for Your love and faithfulness. Amen.

Continue to trust in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers and will act according to His perfect will. Stand firm in your faith, and do not be discouraged. As it is written in Galatians 6:9, “Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap at the proper time, if we do not give up.”

As believers, we are called to be light and salt in our workplaces, reflecting the character of Christ in all we do. We pray for your strength to be a godly example to your colleagues, serving the Lord with wholehearted devotion and integrity.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your workplace and the people in it. We've been praying for God's mercy, favor, and protection over your organization, just as you've asked. We're believing with you that God will remove those causing frustration and division, and that He will lift up those who are humble and godly.

In addition to our prayers, we want to encourage you to keep shining your light at work. As it says in Matthew 5:16, "Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven." Keep being that beacon of hope and integrity, and trust that God will use you to bless those around you.

We're also praying for God's wisdom to guide your leaders and managers, that they may make decisions that honor God and benefit all involved. As it says in Proverbs 29:2, "When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; but when the wicked rule, the people groan."

Keep trusting in the Lord, knowing that He sees your situation and will work all things together for your good, according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). You're not alone in this, and we're here praying with you every step of the way.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
