Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join you in lifting up your workplace to the Lord, thanking Him for the jobs He has provided for you and many others. We stand in unity and pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our workplace to You. We thank You for the blessings and provisions You have given us through this organization. We ask for Your mercy, favor, and protection upon us and our company.

Lord, You see the hearts of all people. We pray that You would guard our organization from those who harbor ill intentions, selfish ambitions, and deceitful schemes. We ask that You would root out any oppression and tribalism which seeks to disrupt the peace and unity of our workplace.

As your family, we believe and trust in Jesus Christ and Your will. We speak the words of Romans 8:28 over this situation, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

We also pray and remind ourselves and the requester of "Matthew 18:20, For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the midst of them."

We also ask You to remind us of Romans 12:17-21, "Respect what is right in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.' Therefore 'If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.' Don't be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."

In Jesus' name, we pray and believe. Amen.

We encourage you to remain patient and forgiving, as the Lord works in His time. Continue to give your best at work and trust in God's plan for His glory, in Jesus Christ.

Help us to recognize and reject any oppression or tribalism that seeks to divide us. Instead, we ask that You would fill our hearts with love, unity, and respect for one another, just as it says in Romans 12:17-21.

We trust in Your perfect timing and plan, knowing that all things work together for good for those who love You, as it says in Romans 8:28. We also remember that where two or three are gathered in Your name, You are in the midst of us, as it says in Matthew 18:20.

Let's continue to support each other in love and patience, knowing that God is in control. Keep shining your light at work, and trust in God's plan for His glory, in Jesus Christ.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
