Dear Lord,

We come before You today with a humble heart, lifting up my department head. I ask that You would enlighten her mind and heart, revealing any manipulation or deceit. Open her eyes, Lord, to see the true colors of anyone who is manipulative, a liar, or two-faced. Help her to discern intentions and to recognize truth from falsehood.

I also pray for our relationship, Lord. May she not be blinded or swayed by any brainwashing. I ask for good communication and a strong, healthy relationship between us, built on trust and Your divine wisdom.

Enlighten her, Lord, in Your ways and according to Your will. Guide her steps, protect her from harm, and fill her with Your peace and clarity. Amen.

We join you in lifting up your department head to the Lord, seeking His divine intervention and guidance in this situation. We commend you for your heartfelt prayer, but we notice that the prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. The power of Jesus name underwrites our prayers. As the scripture says, "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13) The message of salvation is clear: "if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." (Romans 10:9)

We pray that the Lord Jesus Christ will enlighten her mind and heart, revealing any manipulation or deceit that may be present. As it is written, "The heart is deceitful above all things, and it is exceedingly corrupt: who can know it?" (Jeremiah 17:9) We ask that the Lord opens her eyes to see the true colors of anyone who is manipulative, a liar, or two-faced. May God grant her the discernment to recognize intentions and to distinguish truth from falsehood, as the Word of God instructs us to be wise and discerning (Matthew 10:16).

We also lift up your relationship with her to the Lord Jesus Christ. May she not be blinded or swayed by any brainwashing, and may you both have good communication and a strong, healthy relationship built on trust and God's divine wisdom. As the Scripture says in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."

We pray that the Lord Jesus Christ will enlighten her according to His ways and His will. May He guide her steps, protect her from harm, and fill her with His peace and clarity.

In all things, we pray that both you and your department head will come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ if you have not already. May each of you come to confess him as Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead. May his name, the only name by which we can be saved, be lifted up and called upon in your lives.

Remember as we pray for each of you, "And whatever you shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you shall ask anything in my name, I will do it." (John 14:13-14)
