Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join you in lifting up your workplace and the organization that has been a source of blessing for you and many other families. We are grateful for the provision of jobs and the opportunity to serve.

In this situation, it is important to remember the words of the Apostle Paul in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "All things work together for good for those who love God, who are called according to his purpose." We know you are seeking God's will and trusting in His purpose, and that is the best place to be.

We stand with you in praying for God's mercy and favor upon the organization. We pray for His protection from those who may have ill intentions or selfish ambitions.

Let us pray together:

Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Your Word assures us that we can come boldly to the throne of grace, to receive mercy and find grace for help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16, WEB). We ask that You would look upon this organization with mercy and favor, and that You would protect it from those who may seek to harm it or exploit others for their own gain.

Lord, we ask that You would raise up godly leaders within the organization who would lead with integrity, wisdom, and compassion. We pray that You would remove any who are causing strife, division, or oppression, and that You would bring unity and peace to the workplace.

Father, we ask that You would bless and prosper the work of the hands of those who are serving faithfully, and that You would provide for the needs of their families. We pray that Your will be done in this organization, and that You would use it for Your glory.

We ask all these things in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, believing and trusting in Your faithfulness and love. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is faithful to hear and answer your prayers. As yourselves are reminded in James 5:16 (WEB), the prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results.

Let us continually pray, and make sure to give thanks to God for His answers and blessings.

We know that sometimes, situations can be challenging, but remember, as it says in Philippians 4:7 (NIV), "And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Trust in God's peace, knowing that He is in control.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
