We join you in lifting up your workplace to the Lord, thanking Him for the jobs He has provided for you and many others. It is a blessing to have employment, and we acknowledge that every good gift comes from above, from the Father of lights.
We stand with you in praying for God's mercy and favor upon your organization. We pray that God would protect it from those who have ill intentions, selfish ambitions, and deceitful schemes. As it is written in James 3:16, For where jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there is disorder and every evil thing. But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. We pray that God's wisdom would prevail in your organization, driving out all forms of evil.
You have rightly acknowledged the power of praying in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. For it is written in John 14:13-14, Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it.
Regarding the difficulties you mentioned, we pray that God would intervene and remove any oppressors and those who show partiality. We remember the words of Proverbs 28:15, As a roaring lion and a rushing bear, so is a wicked ruler over helpless people. We ask that God would replace them with leaders who have a servant's heart, who will consider the needs of others above their own.
However, we must also remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:44, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you. While it is right to seek justice, we must also pray for the salvation and transformation of those who are causing harm.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our ###'s workplace to You. We thank You for the blessing of employment and ask that You would extend Your mercy and favor upon the organization. Protect it from those who have evil intentions and replace them with godly leaders. We ask that You would bring an end to oppression and partiality, and we pray for the salvation of those who are causing harm. Help ### to continue to work diligently, as working for You, and not for men. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to trust in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers and will act according to His perfect will. Stand firm in your faith, and do not grow weary in doing good.
