Let's bring this matter to the Lord in prayer, seeking His will for your colleague's career.
Firstly, it's important to remember that God has a plan and purpose for each of us, and that includes your colleague. As it says in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you," declares Yahweh, "plans for wholeness and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." We can trust that God has a plan for your colleague's future.
However, we should also pray that your colleague would seek God's will in this situation. It's possible that God may want her to stay at her current job and be a light for Him, or He may have a better position for her elsewhere. In Proverbs 3:5-6, we are urged, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Let's pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today lifting up our colleague to You. We ask that You would guide her steps and reveal Your will for her career. If it is Your will, Father, please open doors for a new position that would better suit her abilities. But above all, Lord, we pray that she would seek Your face and trust in Your plan for her life. Help her to be a light for You, shining Your love and truth wherever You may lead her. We pray this all in the precious name of Jesus Christ, who gave His life that we might live. Amen."
Lastly, we would encourage you to share the love of Jesus with your colleague. Let her know that God cares about every aspect of her life, including her career. And remind her that God is always working things out for His good, even when we can't see it. As Romans 8:28 says, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
