Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join you in thanking the Heavenly Father for the wonderful organization that has been a source of employment and blessing for you and many other families. We stand with you in prayer, asking God to continue to shower His mercy and favor upon the organization and its employees.

In the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, we pray for God's protection over the organization. We ask that He guard it from individuals who may have harmful intentions, selfish ambitions, or designs that could disrupt the unity and productivity of the company. As the Scripture says, For where jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there is disorder and every evil thing. James 3:16 (WEB)

We also address the concern you raised about individuals causing frustration and oppression within the organization. We pray that God will bring justice and righteousness to the situation, and that He will remove any oppressors or those who practice favoritism and tribalism.

The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. But God is faithful. He will not allow you to be tempted beyond your ability. Instead, with the temptation, He will also provide the way out so that you may be able to endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13 (WEB)

We continue to trust that the Lord will consider the welfare of the majority and bring an end to the frustrations caused by such individuals.

Finally, we pray that God will grant you and your colleagues the strength and wisdom to navigate these challenges, and that He will continue to bless the organization with success and prosperity. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
