We join you in thanking the Heavenly Father for the blessing of employment and the organization He has placed you in. We stand with you in prayer, asking God to shower His mercy and favor upon you and your colleagues, and to protect the organization from those who may have ill intentions.
We are reminded of the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 2:3-4 (WEB), "Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Look not to your own interests, but to the interests of others." We pray that this spirit of humility and selflessness will permeate your organization, and that any individuals acting with selfish ambitions will be drawn to repentance and a change of heart.
In Proverbs 29:2 (WEB), we read, "When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; but when the wicked rule, the people groan." We pray that God will raise up righteous leaders in your organization, and that any oppression or tribalism will be brought to an end. We agree with you that enough is enough, and we ask God to intervene on behalf of the majority who are being frustrated by the actions of a few.
We are glad you have ended your prayer in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ. As we are told in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." We have assurance that God hears our prayers when we pray in the name of Jesus, and that He will act according to His will and for His glory.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our brother and his organization to You. We thank You for the blessing of employment and the opportunity to serve others through our work. We ask, Lord, that You would protect this organization from those who seek to do harm or act with selfish ambitions. We pray that You would raise up righteous leaders and remove any oppressors or tribalists who are causing frustration and harm to others. We ask all of this in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, believing and trusting in Your power and goodness. Amen.
Be encouraged, knowing that God hears your prayers and that He is faithful to act according to His will. Continue to seek His face and trust in His promises, knowing that He is a good Father who loves His children dearly. Stand firm in your faith, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap, if you do not give up.
