a place, land home he wants to live, and a new business, career, something where he makes money
and a home that he likes, that he likes the city and the home that he lives in.

He has been feeling too depressed, this to resolve.

All in all, the best for him. He is very spiritual, so a strengthening even of that if it helps : )
