Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a humble heart, seeking Your wisdom and guidance in this challenging situation at work. Lord, You see everything—nothing is hidden from You. You know the struggles we face with our difficult co-worker, and I ask for Your intervention.

Father, I do not want to be a cause of division, misunderstanding, or strife in our team. Please guard my heart and my words so that I may respond with wisdom, patience, and grace. Help me to be a peacemaker and not a source of conflict.

Lord, I lift up our department head to You. Give her discernment to see the truth and wisdom to handle this situation in a way that brings justice and unity. Soften the heart of my co-worker, and let Your truth shine through. Remove any dishonesty, manipulation, and division, and replace it with integrity, understanding, and teamwork.

Help me to trust in Your timing and not to be consumed by frustration or resentment. Fill our workplace with Your peace and let Your presence reign. I surrender this situation to You, Lord, knowing that You are in control.

We join you in lifting up this challenging work situation to our Heavenly Father, seeking His wisdom and guidance. It is encouraging to see your humility and desire to be a peacemaker, as the Bible tells us, Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God Matthew 5:9 WEB.

It is commendable that the prayer is offered in Jesus' name. It is a reminder that our prayers are effective, by the authority of Jesus Christ and His finished work on the cross. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
