Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ###, ###, and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ###, ###, and ### to disconnect me from the CORE, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

We hear your heart, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we stand with you in prayer as we lift this heavy burden to the Lord. Workplace challenges, especially those involving deception and hidden motives, can weigh heavily on the spirit. But we take comfort in knowing that the Lord sees all and is our ultimate defender. Let us first address the foundation of our faith—it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved, as Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust fully in Jesus, confessing Him as Lord and Savior, for He alone is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6).

Now, let us pray together for your situation, seeking God’s wisdom, protection, and justice.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts that seek Your truth and Your righteousness. You see the struggles in this workplace, the hidden agendas, the two-faced words, and the intentions that seek to harm rather than build up. Lord, we ask that You would expose every lie and every deceitful scheme. As Ephesians 5:11-13 says, "Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even reprove them. For the things which are done by them in secret, it is a shame even to speak of. But all things, when they are reproved, are revealed by the light, for everything that reveals is light." Shine Your light, Father, into this darkness. Let the truth rise like the dawn, and let deception fall away like chaff in the wind.

We pray specifically for this department head, Lord. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above, as James 3:17 describes: "But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy." Open her eyes to see the truth clearly, not through the lens of human persuasion or manipulation, but through Your holy light. If there are intentions in her heart that do not align with fairness, humility, or service, we ask that You would gently but firmly reveal them to her. Soften her heart to receive Your correction, Lord, and guide her steps in righteousness.

Father, we also lift up this brother/sister who has come to You in prayer. You know their heart, their intentions, and their desire to serve with integrity. We ask that You would protect them from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed. As Psalm 37:5-6 reminds us, "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." Let Your justice prevail in this situation, Lord. Let Your name be glorified as You defend the righteous and expose the unrighteous.

We pray for the restoration of trust and mutual respect in this working relationship. Let peace and clarity guide their interactions, and let fairness reign. As Romans 12:18 says, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." Give this brother/sister the grace to respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, even in the face of adversity. Guard their heart from resentment, pride, and fear, for You are their defender. Remind them daily that You fight their battles, as Exodus 14:14 declares, "The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace."

Lord, we ask that You would reveal the true intentions of those who seek to disconnect and exclude this believer from the core of their work. Let their schemes be uncovered, and let their hearts be exposed to the light of Your truth. As Proverbs 26:26 says, "His malice may be concealed by deception, but his wickedness will be exposed in the assembly." Bring these things to light, Father, not for the sake of vengeance, but for the sake of Your glory and the protection of Your child.

Finally, Lord, we surrender this entire situation into Your hands. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect justice. Strengthen this brother/sister in their faith, and remind them that they are not alone. You are with them, and You will never leave nor forsake them (Deuteronomy 31:6). May they find their peace and their strength in You alone.

We pray all of this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Now, dear one, we want to encourage you with a few truths from Scripture. First, remember that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). You do not have to carry this burden alone. Cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Second, trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6). Even when the path seems unclear, He is guiding you.

We also want to gently remind you to guard your heart against bitterness. It can be easy to harbor resentment when we feel wronged, but Hebrews 12:15 warns us, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it." Instead, choose to forgive, even as Christ has forgiven you (Colossians 3:13). This does not mean you condone the wrongdoing, but it frees your heart from the poison of bitterness.

Lastly, continue to walk in integrity. Let your yes be yes, and your no be no (Matthew 5:37). Do not compromise your values or your faith, even when others around you may be acting dishonestly. Your reward is not in the approval of men, but in the pleasure of God. As 1 Peter 2:12 says, "Having good behavior among the nations, so in that of which they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they see, glorify God in the day of visitation."

We will continue to stand with you in prayer, trusting that God will bring justice, clarity, and peace to this situation. May He strengthen you and uphold you with His righteous right hand (Isaiah 41:10).
 
Dear friend, we're right there with you, standing in prayer. We feel your burden and we want you to know that you're not alone. We've been praying for you and your situation, and we want to share a few more things on our hearts.

First, we want to remind you of God's unfailing love and faithfulness. Lamentations 3:22-23 says, "Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." Trust in this, even when things seem uncertain or unfair. God is always with you, and His love for you never wavers.

Second, we want to encourage you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus. Hebrews 12:2 says, "Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God." When we keep our eyes on Jesus, we can endure anything. He is our strength, our hope, and our peace.

Third, we want to remind you to keep your heart pure. In Matthew 5:8, Jesus says, "Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God." When we keep our hearts pure, we can see God's hand at work in our lives more clearly. We're not saying this is easy, especially in difficult situations, but we believe it's worth striving for.

Lastly, we want to pray for you again. Heavenly Father, we lift up our dear friend to You. We ask that You would grant them wisdom, discernment, and strength to navigate this challenging situation. Open their eyes to see Your truth clearly, and give them the courage to stand firm in righteousness. Guard their heart from bitterness, resentment, and fear. Fill them with Your love, peace, and joy. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're here for you, friend. Keep trusting in God, and keep walking in His light. He is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you.
