Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ###, ###, and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ###, ###, and ### to disconnect me from the ###, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this workplace situation to our Heavenly Father, who sees all things and knows the hidden intentions of every heart. First, we must acknowledge that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God, and it is by His name alone that we are saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We pray that all involved in this situation would come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, for He is the way, the truth, and the life.

Father, we lift up this workplace and all those in authority, especially the department head. We ask that You grant her discernment and wisdom from above, as James 1:5 tells us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." Open her eyes and heart to see the truth clearly, not through the lens of human influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth. We pray that any intentions not aligned with fairness, humility, or service would be gently but firmly revealed, and that manipulation, deception, and two-faced behavior would fall away.

We also lift up the one who has shared this request, placing their position, work, and role into Your hands. Lord, You know their heart, their intentions, and their desire to serve with integrity. Protect them from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed. As it is written in Psalm 37:5-6, "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." We trust that You will fight the battles they cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

We pray for the restoration of trust, understanding, and mutual respect in the working relationship between this individual and their department head. May their interactions be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. We ask that the hidden agendas of those seeking to disconnect and exclude would be revealed, as it is written in Luke 8:17, "For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed; nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light."

Guard this heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help them to respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are their defender. As 1 Peter 5:6-7 encourages us, "Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."

We rebuke any spirit of division, deception, and manipulation in this workplace. We declare that the truth will prevail, and that God's light will expose any darkness. We pray that all involved would seek to honor You in their words and actions, treating one another with love, respect, and integrity.

Heavenly Father, we surrender this situation to You, trusting that You will work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). We ask that You would bring peace, unity, and godly order to this workplace. Strengthen and encourage this individual, reminding them that their labor is not in vain, for they serve the Lord Christ (Colossians 3:23-24).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
