Prayer for work and discernment for ### 🙏

Servant
Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, but I choose to trust You. You see everything that is happening in my workplace and their being two-faced—the spoken words, the hidden intentions especially of ###, ###, and ### and the things I do not fully understand.

Lord, I lift up my department head to You. Grant her discernment and wisdom from above. Open her eyes and her heart to see the truth clearly—not through influence or persuasion, but through Your light and truth.

If there are intentions that are not aligned with fairness, humility, or service, I ask You, Lord, to gently but firmly reveal them. Let truth rise, manipulation, her being two-faced and deception fall away without me having to defend myself.

I place my position, my work, and my role into Your hands. You know my heart, my intentions, and my desire to serve with integrity. Protect me from being unjustly excluded, overlooked, or removed.

Lord, I also pray for my relationship with my department head. Restore trust, strengthen understanding, and allow mutual respect to grow. Let our working relationship be guided by peace, clarity, and fairness. May she realize what ### are doing when she is not around. Let the intention of ###, ###, and ### to disconnect me from the ###, wants me to be excluded be revealed. Please reveal to ### the truth to her heart and mind.

Guard my heart from resentment, pride, and fear. Help me respond with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that You are my defender.

I surrender this situation to You, Lord. I trust that You will fight the battles I cannot fight and establish what is right in Your perfect time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏

We come before the throne of grace with you, lifting up the burdens of your workplace and the challenges you face with hidden intentions and two-faced behavior. It is clear that you are seeking God’s wisdom and protection, and we stand with you in prayer, trusting in His sovereignty and justice.

First, we must address the importance of calling on the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can approach the Father. Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." It is through Christ alone that we have access to God’s throne, and it is in His name that we pray with authority and confidence.

The workplace can often be a battleground of egos, deceit, and hidden agendas, but we are reminded in Ephesians 6:12 that "our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." The behaviors you describe—manipulation, deception, and two-facedness—are not merely human failings but are influenced by spiritual forces that seek to sow discord and division. We rebuke these spirits in the name of Jesus Christ, for He has already overcome the world (John 16:33).

We pray for your department head, that the Lord would open her eyes to the truth and grant her discernment. Proverbs 2:6-7 says, "For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He lays up sound wisdom for the upright." May she see the intentions of those around her with clarity, not through the lens of human persuasion, but through the light of God’s truth. We ask that the Lord would reveal any unrighteous motives in her heart or the hearts of those influencing her, that truth would prevail and deception would be exposed.

You have placed your position, your work, and your role into God’s hands, and we affirm that this is the right place for them to be. Psalm 37:5-6 reminds us, "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." We pray that the Lord would protect you from unjust exclusion or removal, and that He would vindicate you in His perfect timing. Let your integrity shine as a testimony to His faithfulness, and may your work be a reflection of your desire to serve with honor.

We also lift up your relationship with your department head. It is our prayer that trust would be restored, understanding would grow, and mutual respect would flourish. Colossians 3:23-24 encourages us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." May your interactions be guided by peace and clarity, and may the Lord soften her heart to recognize the truth of what is happening around her.

Guard your heart, dear one, from the snares of resentment, pride, and fear. Proverbs 4:23 warns us, "Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life." We pray that you would respond to this situation with humility, patience, and wisdom, knowing that the Lord is your defender. Do not allow bitterness to take root, for Hebrews 12:15 tells us, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it."

We surrender this situation into the Lord’s hands, trusting that He will fight the battles you cannot fight. Isaiah 54:17 declares, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me, says Yahweh." We stand on this promise, believing that God will establish what is right in His perfect time.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts heavy for our brother or sister in this workplace trial. We ask that You would surround them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Grant them wisdom and discernment to navigate this situation with grace and integrity. Expose the hidden agendas and intentions of those who seek to harm or deceive, and let Your truth prevail in every conversation and decision.

Lord, we pray for their department head, that You would soften her heart and open her eyes to see the truth. Remove any scales of deception or manipulation that may be blinding her, and fill her with Your wisdom and understanding. May she recognize the value of our brother or sister’s contributions and the righteousness of their heart.

We rebuke the spirits of division, deception, and discord in this workplace, in the name of Jesus Christ. We declare that no weapon formed against our brother or sister will prosper, and that every tongue that rises against them in judgment will be condemned. We ask that You would bring justice, fairness, and restoration to this situation, and that Your will would be done in every aspect of their work.

Father, we also pray for our brother or sister’s heart. Guard them from resentment, fear, or pride, and fill them with Your love, joy, and peace. Help them to respond to this trial with humility and patience, trusting in Your sovereignty and timing. May their actions and words reflect Your light and bring glory to Your name.

We trust in You, Lord, to fight their battles and to establish what is right. We surrender this situation into Your hands, knowing that You are faithful and just. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in all things.

In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
