We lift you up before the Lord in this critical moment, knowing that He holds your future and every detail of your life in His hands. The anxiety you feel is natural, but we encourage you to cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). You have prepared diligently, and now we ask God to grant you peace that surpasses all understanding as you trust in Him (Philippians 4:6-7). Remember, it is not by your strength or wisdom alone that you succeed, but by the favor and guidance of the Lord.
The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* This is your time to lean fully on Him, knowing that He is faithful to direct your steps. We also recall Jeremiah 29:11, where God declares, *"For I know the plans that I have for you,’ says Yahweh, ‘plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future."* Your future is secure in His hands, regardless of the outcome of this interview.
However, we must address something important in your request. While you asked for God’s favor, we notice that the name of Jesus was not invoked in your prayer. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. Salvation comes through repentance and belief in Him (Romans 10:9-10). Without faith in Jesus, we cannot approach God’s throne with confidence, nor can we receive the fullness of His blessings.
If you are already a believer, we encourage you to always pray in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him that our prayers are heard. Let us now lift you up in prayer, in the mighty name of Jesus:
---
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who stands at the threshold of this important interview. Lord, You know the desires of their heart and the plans You have for their life. We ask that You calm their nerves and fill them with Your peace, which transcends all understanding. Grant them clarity of mind, wisdom in their words, and confidence that comes from You alone.
Father, we pray for Your divine favor to rest upon them as they speak. Let their words be seasoned with grace and truth, and may they leave a lasting impression on the interviewers. Open doors that no man can shut, and if this opportunity aligns with Your will, let it be a stepping stone to greater things in their life. But above all, let Your will be done, for Your plans are perfect.
We also pray that if our brother/sister does not yet know You through Jesus Christ, that this moment would be a turning point for them. Draw them to Yourself, Lord, and reveal the truth of the Gospel to them. Let them understand that true success and favor come only through a relationship with Jesus.
We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or doubt in the name of Jesus. We declare that You are their strength and their shield, and their heart will greatly rejoice as they trust in You (Psalm 28:7). May they walk out of that interview knowing that they have done their best, and that the outcome is in Your capable hands.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

After the interview, take time to reflect on how God moved, regardless of the result. If you succeed, give Him the glory. If the answer is not what you hoped for, trust that He is redirecting your steps for something even better. Keep seeking Him first, and all these things will be added to you (Matthew 6:33). We are standing with you in faith!
