Prayer! You say You don't have time. On your way to work.....take time and pray. As you lay in bed at night or morning, pray. As you dress for work, pray. You have time to be on the computer, then you have time to listen to a preacher/priest etc... Your daily actions on how you treat people, speaking and interacting with them is a go reflection of treating people the way Jesus would have treated you. Kindness and respect of others will go a long long way.
