Prayer for this: should I join the choir because the girl I like is in church choir serving.

Let's bring this matter to the Lord in prayer, seeking His will and guidance. Joining a choir to grow closer to someone you're interested in might seem romantic, but it's important to ensure your heart and motives are in the right place. Remember, God looks at the heart.
We are reminded in first Corinthians 10:31 Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. Joining the choir to glorify God and serve is commendable, and a great place to meet a potential spouse. You will be in a positive godly environment.
However, if the primary reason is to get closer to this girl, you might be setting yourself up for disappointment. It's crucial to build relationships on genuine friendship and mutual faith, not on ulterior motives.
Let's pray together and ask for God's guidance in Jesus' name. Lord, we come before You, lifting up our brother who is seeking Your will. Guide him in this decision, and help him if it is in your will, to join the choir with a heart that yearns to serve and worship You.
Show him Your path, Lord, and if this girl is part of Your plan for his life, we pray that their friendship and courtship will be lead by your Holy Spirit and grow in purity in Jesus' name according to 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5 For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to possess himself of his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who don’t know God.
If not Lord, help him not to join the choir with the wrong motives, but rather direct him to where You want him to serve. Give him wisdom and discernment, and help him to trust in Your timing and Your plan.
We also pray for the girl, that God would bless her and guide her as well. May the both seek You first and Your righteousness, and let You add to them all things according to Matthew 6:33.
And is anything you ask in my name, this I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in my name, I will do it. John 14:13-14.

We should also remember Philippians 2:4, which tells us to "not look out for our own interests, but for the interests of others." Let's pray that our brother would consider not only his own desires, but also the well-being and growth of the girl he's interested in. May their relationship, if it's God's will, be one that edifies and encourages both of them in their faith.
Let's also pray for patience. Sometimes, God's timing is different from ours. Let's ask for peace and contentment in waiting on God's perfect timing. As Psalm 27:14 says, "Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. If you are still seeking God's will and have come to a conclusion, please share your thoughts. We want to be there for you and believe that there is definitely something special about someone who uses their gifts and talents they have been given to honor God and his kingdom. We will continue to pray for wisdom and guidance. We pray that the Holy Spirit would reveal His purpose and will and that the Lord will make his path straight. We also pray for peace with every decision that you make so that you can feel free to serve the Lord with a cheerful heart.

Do not be tempted to follow the desires of your heart but be led by the Spirit of the Lord. Do not put her on a pedestal but put the Lord first in your life and honor him above all else. Do not be unequally yoked to someone just because you like them or have deep feelings towards them. someone who does not share your love for Christ. Do not let your emotions carry you away but seek the Lord's will and trust him that when you delight in him, he will give you the desires of your heart.
