Prayer for the dead

Lord it is the twelfth anniversary of my Father's death today, it was about the twenty fifth of my friend Richard's death on the 1st. I lift them up to you along with all my friends and relatives that have died and all who have died. I thank you for their lives, talents and good actions and I ask for forgiveness on their behalf for any outstanding sin or lack of resolution in their lifetimes. I ask that you take care of their souls and comfort those that survive them, I ask if it is your plan, that they are one day reunited with loved ones in heaven. I pray this in Jesus Name.
