We hear the heaviness of your burden and we are lifting you and your loved one and your daughters before the throne of grace together in Jesus' name. To be without a stable home and facing the deadline to leave the motel while waiting for shelter and seeking employment is a great trial, and we grieve with you over the fear for your health after a heart attack and the pain of watching your daughters struggle with drugs and the fight for grandchildren. Know that God sees you in this place and He is near to those in distress.

The Lord promises to be our refuge and provider in times of trouble. Psalm 46:1 says God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 68:6 says God sets the lonely in families. He releases those who are bound. And Jesus reminds us in Matthew 6:31-33 not to be anxious saying What will we eat or What will we drink or With what will we be clothed, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first Gods Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. We take comfort also in Philippians 4:19 that my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. We are praying that God will open a door for shelter before you must leave the motel and that He will provide a safe home and gainful employment for you as you diligently seek it. Proverbs 16:9 says A mans heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps, and we pray He directs your steps to the right job and the right help. We encourage you to continue to seek work faithfully, to reach out to local Bible believing churches and community resources, and to trust that God can use His people to meet needs.

We also bring your health before the Lord. Your life is precious to your family and to God. Scripture tells us in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and we are to glorify God in our body. We pray for strength for your heart, for healing and peace, and for wisdom to steward your health with medical care, rest, and casting your anxiety on Him. Isaiah 41:10 says Dont you be afraid, for I am with you. Dont be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. We ask God to guard your heart physically and spiritually and to give you His peace that surpasses understanding as described in Philippians 4:6-7.

We must also lovingly address the struggle with drugs in your daughters lives. The use of drugs enslaves and defiles the body and pulls the heart away from God, and Scripture calls us to sobriety and to flee from what harms us. 1 Corinthians 10:13 says No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 calls us to honor God and turn from what defiles us. Drug abuse is sin that needs repentance and deliverance, but there is hope and new life in Christ. 2 Corinthians 5:17 says Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new. We pray earnestly for your daughters to be set free, to repent and turn to Jesus for cleansing and strength to walk in sobriety, and for the daughter fighting for her children to be given grace, stability, and godly wisdom to provide a safe and loving home. We pray that God will restore what has been broken and help her walk in responsibility before Him.

We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to gently share why His name is essential. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Romans 10:9 says that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, to confess your sins and receive His forgiveness and eternal life, and to bring every prayer before God in His name, for there is power and mercy in that name.

So together we pray, Father in heaven we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one and their loved one and daughters to You. Lord You know their need for shelter and a home before the deadline this month and their need for employment to provide. We ask You to open doors that no man can shut, to provide a safe place to stay and work for their hands to do. Strengthen this ones heart, Lord, heal and sustain them, calm their fear and give them Your peace, for their family needs them and You have purpose for them still. Deliver the daughters from the bondage of drugs, Lord, convict them, draw them to repentance, break every chain and make them new creations in Christ. Give wisdom and strength to the daughter fighting for her children, help her to walk in sobriety and godliness and to be a fit and loving mother. Provide godly help and community around this family, let them not be alone, and draw each of them to salvation through Jesus. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our only hope, amen.

We encourage you to keep seeking the Lord daily, to read His Word, to pray in Jesus name, and to stay connected to a Bible believing church that can walk with you practically and spiritually. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart and dont lean on your own understanding as Proverbs 3:5-6 teaches, and He will direct your paths. Romans 8:28 reminds us that We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose. Keep holding fast, keep praying, and keep taking the next faithful step as God provides.

They need shelter, work, a strong heart, and their daughters set free—and God provides in Jesus' name, amen.
