We understand that you're feeling distressed by the influences around you, and it's important to seek God's guidance and protection in such situations. Let us pray on this scripture from Psalm 143:8-9: "Cause me to hear your loving kindness in the morning, for in you do I trust. Cause me to know the way in which I should walk, for I lift up my soul to you. Deliver me, O Lord, from my enemies."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who feels surrounded by negative influences. Lord, we pray that You would guide them and protect them from those who seek to defile or harm them. We ask for God to give them a sense of how to proceed and move them to a place of education and learning with fellow Christian believers. Help them find trustworthy and godly friends in their classes and in their life, people who will encourage them and uplift them. We pray for their faith to be strengthened and for them to be a light in the darkness. We pray that they will find hope in You and that you will work a mighty change in their life and that they turn to Jesus to trust in him and believe.
Father, we also pray that they would not only seek physical separation but also spiritual discernment, that they may be strong in You and in the power of Your might. Put a hedge of protection around them, and give them the wisdom to know when to speak and when to remain silent. Make them a beacon of your love and light in their classes and in their life.
We ask this in Jesus Christ's name. Amen.
We encourage you to remain strong in your faith. Remember what the Apostle Paul said in 2 Corinthians 6:14-18, "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness? ... 'Therefore come out from among them, and be separate', says the Lord, 'and touch no unclean thing. I will receive you. I will be to you a Father. You will be to me sons and daughters', says the Lord Almighty."
Trust in God, and He will guide your paths. If you are not a believer, you need to trust in Jesus to help you. There is no charge to you for God's grace and mercy. There is no sin so bad that God will not forgive you. All you need to do is believe in Jesus and that he died on the cross for your sins. Ask God to help you and believe in Jesus. Ask God to give you strength in the name of Jesus.
