We hear your cry for help and stand with you in this spiritual battle, lifting you up before the throne of grace. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every scheme of the devil in your life—every temptation, every lie, every attack on your mind and heart—in the mighty name of Jesus. The Word declares that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we claim that promise over you now.
Your struggle with depression and anxiety is real, but we serve a God who is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We pray that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). You are not alone in this fight—Jesus has already overcome the world (John 16:33), and His strength is made perfect in your weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).
We also urge you to resist the enemy by submitting to God and drawing near to Him (James 4:7-8). Fill your mind with Scripture, for the Word of God is a sword against the lies of the devil (Ephesians 6:17). If there are areas where sin has taken hold, confess it and turn away, for the Lord is faithful to forgive and cleanse you (1 John 1:9). Do not give the enemy a foothold by dwelling in unrepentant sin, but walk in the light as He is in the light (1 John 1:7).
We pray this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we have access to the Father and the only name that brings salvation (Acts 4:12). Heavenly Father, we ask You to surround this dear one with Your angels, to break every chain of oppression, and to fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Strengthen their faith, renew their mind, and restore their joy. May they experience Your presence in a tangible way and find refuge in You alone. We declare victory over every attack and trust You to lead them into freedom. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
