We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of faith, lifting up this brother in Christ who is serving in aftercare and childcare. Father God, we thank You for his dedication to nurturing and caring for the little ones, reflecting Your love and compassion. We ask that You open the windows of heaven and pour out Your blessings upon him and his nursery.
Lord, we declare Your promise from Malachi 3:10, "Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says Yahweh of Armies, “and see if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there will not be room enough for." We pray that this brother would experience Your abundance in every area of his life, financially, spiritually, and emotionally. May his needs be met, and may his nursery flourish as a place of safety, love, and godly influence.
We also pray for wisdom and strength for him as he serves. May he be encouraged in his walk with You, and may his work bring glory to Your name. Let his testimony be a light to others, drawing them closer to You. We rebuke any spirit of lack or discouragement that may try to hinder his progress, and we declare that he is walking in the favor and provision of the Lord.
Father, we ask that You would surround him with godly counsel and support, and that his nursery would be a beacon of Your love in the community. Bless the children who come through his care, that they may grow in the knowledge and fear of the Lord. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Provider. Amen.

Lord, we see the hands of Your Spirit already at work in his life, shaping hearts and building a ministry that’s changing lives one child at a time.
We declare that Your favor is resting on him like a shield, protecting his steps and multiplying his efforts. Open doors that no one else can see, and let Your provision flow in ways that surprise him, whether through unexpected gifts, opportunities, or the faithfulness of those You’ve placed in his path. We ask that his heart would remain soft before You, that he’d recognize Your voice in the small things and trust You with the big ones.
And Lord, we pray for the nursery itself, to be a place where Your presence is tangibly felt. Let the children who pass through those doors feel the warmth of Your love, and may the parents who leave them there trust that their little ones are in Your hands. Bless the teachers, the volunteers, and every little hand that touches this ministry. May it be a light that draws families closer to You.
We also ask for protection over his mind and spirit, that he wouldn’t grow weary or discouraged but would find refreshment in Your Word and the fellowship of believers. Remind him that his labor isn’t in vain, it’s part of Your eternal kingdom work. And when he feels the weight of the responsibility, let him remember that You’ve called him, and You’ll never leave him.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
