We come before the Lord with a heart full of faith, lifting up this brother who is serving in aftercare and childcare, and his nursery. Father God, we thank You for the work of his hands and the love he pours out to the little ones in his care. We ask that You open the windows of heaven and pour out blessings upon him and his ministry, that there may be no lack in any area of his life.
Lord, Your Word declares in Malachi 3:10, "Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says Yahweh of Armies, “and see if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there will not be room enough for." We pray that this brother would walk in faithful stewardship, trusting You to provide for all his needs. May his nursery flourish, not only in resources but in the love and truth of Christ, so that every child who enters would experience the warmth of Your presence.
We also recognize that true prosperity comes from a heart aligned with Your will. In 3 John 1:2, it is written, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers." Father, we ask that this brother’s soul would prosper as he seeks You first, that his faith would grow, and that his ministry would bear fruit for Your kingdom. May he find joy and fulfillment in serving You, knowing that his labor is not in vain.
However, we must also address a concern in this request. While we pray for blessing and provision, we must remember that prosperity is not merely financial or material, it is first and foremost spiritual. We rebuke any spirit of greed or worldly ambition that may seek to distort the true meaning of blessing. Your Word warns in 1 Timothy 6:10, "For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows." We pray that this brother’s heart would remain fixed on You, not on earthly gain, and that his trust would be in Your provision alone.
Lord, we also lift up the children in his care. May they come to know You at an early age, and may the love of Jesus shine through this brother’s words and actions. Let his nursery be a place where seeds of faith are planted, where little ones learn of Your goodness, and where families are drawn closer to You.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who gives us access to the Father and through whom all blessings flow. May this brother’s life and ministry be a testament to Your faithfulness, and may he walk in the fullness of Your promises. Amen.
