We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of faith, lifting up this brother in Christ who is serving in aftercare and childcare. Father God, we thank You for his dedication to nurturing and caring for the little ones, reflecting Your love and compassion. We ask that You open the windows of heaven and pour out Your blessings upon him and his nursery.
Lord, Your Word declares in Malachi 3:10, "Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it." We stand on this promise, believing that as this brother seeks first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, all these things, prosperity, provision, and favor, shall be added unto him (Matthew 6:33). May his nursery be filled with abundance, not just in resources but in the joy and peace that comes from serving You.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for him as he leads and cares for the children. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." May he be guided by Your Holy Spirit in every decision, and may the children under his care experience the love of Christ through his words and actions.
Father, we rebuke any spirit of lack, fear, or discouragement that may try to hinder this ministry. We declare that this nursery is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against it shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We speak life, growth, and multiplication over this work, trusting that You will bring the right families, the right helpers, and the right opportunities to sustain and expand this blessing to the community.
Lastly, we pray for this brother’s personal walk with You. May he continue to grow in faith, drawing nearer to You each day. Strengthen him in times of weariness, and remind him that his labor in the Lord is never in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58). May he find his joy and fulfillment in You alone, knowing that true prosperity is found in a life surrendered to Christ.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray and declare these things, believing that Your will be done in this situation. Amen.
