We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of faith, lifting up this brother in Christ who is serving in aftercare and childcare. Father God, we thank You for his dedication to nurturing and caring for the little ones, for in doing so, he is fulfilling the commandment to "train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it" (Proverbs 22:6). We ask that You open the windows of heaven and pour out blessings upon him and his nursery, that there will be no lack in any area of his life or ministry.
Lord, we pray for prosperity—not just in financial terms, but in every way that aligns with Your will. May his work be fruitful, his efforts be multiplied, and his heart be filled with joy as he serves You. Bless the children in his care, that they may grow in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man (Luke 2:52). Let Your love shine through him and his nursery, drawing others to the light of Christ.
We also rebuke any spirit of lack, discouragement, or weariness that may try to hinder his work. We declare that the Lord is his Shepherd, and he shall not want (Psalm 23:1). May he find strength in You, knowing that "those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing" (Psalm 34:10). We pray that his labor in the Lord will not be in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58), and that he will see the fruit of his hands as You establish the work of his hands (Psalm 90:17).
Father, we ask that You provide for every need according to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). May he experience Your provision in ways that bring glory to Your name. We also pray for wisdom and favor as he manages his responsibilities, that he may walk in integrity and faithfulness before You.
In all things, may this brother and his ministry be a testament to Your goodness and grace. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for there is no other name by which we can approach You or receive Your blessings. Amen.

Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
