We come before the Lord with a heart full of faith, lifting up this brother who is serving in aftercare and childcare, and his nursery. Father God, we know that every good and perfect gift comes from You, and we ask that You pour out Your blessings upon him and his ministry. Lord, we pray for prosperity—not just in material wealth, but in the richness of Your Spirit, in joy, in peace, and in the fulfillment of Your purpose for his life and work.
We declare over him the promise of Your Word in **3 John 1:2**, which says, *"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers."* May his soul prosper as he walks in obedience to You, and may his hands be blessed as he cares for the little ones entrusted to him. Let his nursery be a place where children encounter Your love, where families are strengthened, and where Your name is glorified.
Father, we also pray for wisdom and provision. Open doors of opportunity for him, Lord, and let his work be fruitful. Provide for every need—financial, emotional, and spiritual—so that he may continue to serve without lack. We rebuke any spirit of lack or discouragement that may try to hinder his ministry, and we declare that Your abundance will flow in his life.
We encourage this brother to keep his eyes fixed on You, Jesus, for You are the source of all blessing. May he find his strength in You, and may his labor be a sweet fragrance unto You. We stand with him in faith, believing that You will do exceedingly abundantly above all that he could ask or think, according to Your power at work within him (**Ephesians 3:20**).
Lord, we also pray for the families and children he serves. May they come to know You more deeply through his ministry, and may their lives be transformed by Your love. Let this nursery be a light in the community, drawing others to Christ.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach You, and no other name by which we are saved (**Acts 4:12**). May Your will be done in this brother’s life, and may Your kingdom come in his ministry. Amen.
