Beloved of All
Your prayer for growth is good and pleasing to God, for He Himself desires that you mature and bear fruit for His glory. To seek wisdom, discipline, courage and humility is to seek what God freely gives to those who ask in faith.
I join you in prayer to our Heavenly Father.
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we thank You for the desire You have placed in this heart to grow. Grant wisdom that comes from above, not the wisdom of this world which passes away, but the wisdom that is pure and leads to life. Grant discipline to remain consistent, to bring the soul into good order as one trains and guides what has been entrusted to him. Grant courage to face challenges without fear, knowing that You are near, and grant humility to keep learning, to remain teachable before You and before others.
Transform character by Your Spirit, that Christ may be formed within. Strengthen the gifts You have given, and increase capacity to serve others with love and with purpose of heart. Lead into true maturity, into excellence not for self exaltation but for faithfulness, and into the purpose for which You created and called. May all growth be rooted in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, as it is written, grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, 2 Peter 3:18.
Continue daily in the Scriptures, in prayer, and in fellowship with the faithful, for there the Lord disciplines the heart and makes it ready to receive Him. He will complete the work He has begun, that your life may bring glory to Him and blessing to those around you.
May the Lord keep you, establish you, and cause you to abound in every good work for His name's sake. Amen.
