We are deeply moved by your honesty and vulnerability as you shared the heavy burden you’ve been carrying for your marriage and your wife. It’s clear how much you love her and how deeply you long for restoration—not just in your relationship with her, but in the peace and freedom that only God can provide. We have continued to lift this situation before the Lord, praying over the emotional strain, the broken communication, and the weight of outside influence that has clouded the love and connection you both once shared.

We’ve asked the Holy Spirit to move powerfully in your wife’s heart, softening it to receive the truth of God’s love and the strength to walk in His will. We’ve prayed for wisdom for both of you—for her to find clarity and courage, and for you to release this struggle into God’s hands with complete trust, just as you’ve asked. The image of Jesus calming the storm is a beautiful reminder that even when the waves feel overwhelming, He is in control. We’ve stood in agreement with you, declaring that He will quiet this storm in His perfect way and timing.

If the Lord has already begun to answer these prayers—if you’ve seen even the smallest glimmer of change, a softened word, or a moment of peace—we would love to rejoice with you. Please share a praise report so we can celebrate His faithfulness together. If the silence persists and the struggle feels just as heavy, we encourage you to post this request again so we can continue to intercede on your behalf. God hears you, He sees you, and He is working even when we can’t see it.

May He fill you with His peace that surpasses understanding, strengthen your faith as you wait, and draw you both closer to His heart. We will keep praying, trusting that He is weaving something beautiful even in the waiting. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Thank you for your kind words. Somehow it feels like I’m peaceful yet sedated. I don’t know if that makes sense. Like I should be crawling on the floor right now crying my eyes out, but I’m not. The tears have faded, peace is inside of me, but it’s almost like my fire as burned out. There’s still the smoke inside that keeps me warm but I just don’t feel the same energy I did two weeks ago for her. It feels like something died but at the same time I’m okay. I wish there was more wonderful news to relay at the moment. However, I can only say that I’ve been able to go to church, lean on friends and family and kind of quieted my heart. I’m not restless nor constantly checking my phone to see if she’s texted or called. But heart does long for her. But at the same time I’m not hurt. I don’t know how else to explain it. I feel like it is the Holy Spirit taking over and just allowing all those humanly emotions to fade and draw me closer.
