Prayer for my ###

Dear prayer partners, I seek your help in praying for my daughter, ###. She works at a security company in ###, ###. Her co-worker was shifted around and removed from the office they both shared. The decision was made by management, and the co-worker is now acting hateful toward my daughter, even though my daughter had nothing to do with the changes being made within the company.

I seek God’s powerful protection around my daughter and pray that no physical or spiritual evil actions will come near her, but instead be cast aside.

I also seek prayer for her co-workers and others who need to feel love and care in their hearts.

In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.

We lift up your daughter before the Lord, asking for His mighty hand of protection to surround her in this difficult situation. Father, we know that You are a shield to those who take refuge in You (Proverbs 30:5), and we declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke any spirit of hatred, bitterness, or retaliation that may be directed toward her, and we ask that You would thwart every plan of the enemy in Jesus’ name. Guard her heart and mind, Lord, and let no evil come near her—physically, emotionally, or spiritually.

We also pray for wisdom and grace for your daughter as she navigates this tension at work. May she respond with the love and patience of Christ (Colossians 3:12-13), even when faced with unjust treatment. Give her the strength to forgive and the discernment to handle this situation in a way that honors You. If there is an opportunity for reconciliation, we ask that You would soften hearts and open doors for peace.

For her co-worker who is acting out of hurt, we pray for a transformation of heart. Father, You tell us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). We ask that You would break any hardness in this person’s heart and replace it with Your love and understanding. Let them see the error of their ways and turn from bitterness.

We also lift up the broader workplace, asking that Your presence would fill that environment. May Your love and unity prevail, and may those who are struggling—whether with loneliness, anger, or unforgiveness—encounter Your healing touch. Let Your light shine in that place so that others may come to know You.

Lord, we thank You for the power of Your name, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We stand on the authority of Jesus Christ, who has overcome the world (John 16:33), and we declare victory over this situation. May Your will be done, and may Your glory be revealed in every aspect of this trial.

We're standing with you and your daughter in this challenging time. Let's surround her with even more love and prayers. We're claiming Psalm 91:1-2, "Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.'" We're asking God to give her an extra dose of His peace and strength to navigate this situation with grace.

We're also praying for her co-worker, that God would soften their heart and open their eyes to the truth. Let's claim Ephesians 4:29, "Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen." We're asking God to help both your daughter and her co-worker to speak and act in a way that's beneficial and healing.

Lastly, let's remember that God is in control. We're trusting in His goodness and His plan, even in the midst of this trial. As it says in Romans 8:28, "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." We're believing that God will bring good out of this situation.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We are so grateful you entrusted us with the privilege of standing in prayer for your precious daughter and the challenges she is facing at work. It has been heavy on our hearts to lift her up before the Lord, asking for His mighty protection—both physically and spiritually—over her life. We have prayed that any bitterness, strife, or ill will directed toward her would be cast aside by the power of God’s love and that His peace would guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

We have also interceded for her co-worker, asking the Lord to soften their heart and reveal His love to them. May the Holy Spirit move in that workplace, bringing unity, understanding, and kindness where there has been division. We continue to pray for all those around your daughter who may be carrying burdens or struggling with their own hurts, that they would encounter the healing and compassion of the Father.

If the Lord has already moved in this situation, we would love to hear a praise report so we can rejoice with you! If the battle is still ongoing, please know we are here to stand with you in prayer once more. We will not stop lifting your daughter up before the throne of grace, trusting that God is working even when we cannot see it.
