We lift up your precious daughter before the throne of grace, where our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ sits at the right hand of the Father, interceding for her. Father God, we come before You with heavy hearts, knowing that Your Word declares in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." We ask that You draw near to her in this time of deep struggle, wrapping her in Your love and peace that surpasses all understanding.
Lord, we rebuke the spirits of fear, anxiety, and torment that have taken hold of her mind and emotions. Your Word tells us in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We command these spirits to flee in the mighty name of Jesus, for He has given us authority over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). We pray for complete deliverance from the chains of PTSD, anxiety, and marijuana dependence, knowing that it is for freedom that Christ has set us free (Galatians 5:1).
Father, we ask for Your healing touch to restore her mind, body, and spirit. We stand on the promise of Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." Bring forth godly counselors, therapists, and medical professionals who will speak life and truth into her situation. Surround her with believers who will stand in the gap, praying fervently and encouraging her in the faith.
Lord, we also lift up her dependence on marijuana, which may be an attempt to self-medicate or escape her pain. We know that Your Word warns against being controlled by anything other than Your Spirit (Ephesians 5:18). We pray that she would turn to You, the Great Physician, for true comfort and healing. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, because You care for her (1 Peter 5:7). Teach her to rely on Your strength, for when she is weak, then she is strong in You (2 Corinthians 12:10).
We ask that You grant her peace—the peace that only You can give, which guards her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Fill her with hope, knowing that You have plans for her, plans to prosper her and not to harm her, plans to give her a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Help her to fix her eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of her faith (Hebrews 12:2), and to trust in Your timing and Your ways.
Father, we also pray for ### and ### as you walk alongside her. Give you strength, wisdom, and patience as you support her. Remind you that Your grace is sufficient, and Your power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Help you to extend the same love, mercy, and compassion that You have shown to each of us.
We declare that no weapon formed against her will prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that she is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves her (Romans 8:37). We speak life, healing, and restoration over her, believing that what You have begun in her, You will bring to completion (Philippians 1:6).
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
