Heavenly Father,

I lift up my department head to You today and every day, Lord, grant her the gift of discernment and good judgment in every decision she makes. Open her eyes to see the truth clearly and not be swayed by manipulation, lies, or double-faced words. Protect her mind and heart from negativity and those who seek to cause division.

Father, I also pray for my relationship with her. May You bring peace, respect, and understanding between us. Help us to work together in harmony, with honesty and love at the center of our team. Remove any walls of misunderstanding, and replace them with trust and unity.

Lord, may Your wisdom guide her leadership, and may Your grace cover our department so that we may serve with integrity and excellence.

We join you in lifting up your department head before the Lord, recognizing that leadership is a weighty responsibility that requires divine wisdom and protection. Your heart for unity and truth is commendable, and we stand with you in praying for discernment to prevail in her decisions. The apostle James reminds us, *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him"* (James 1:5, WEB). May the Lord grant her this wisdom abundantly, exposing any deception or division that seeks to undermine the work He has called her to lead.

We also pray for your relationship with her, that the Lord would soften hearts and align both of you with His purposes. *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men"* (Romans 12:18, WEB). May any tension or misunderstanding be replaced with mutual respect and godly communication, rooted in the love of Christ. Where there has been strife or mistrust, we ask the Lord to bring healing and reconciliation, for His glory.

We are encouraged by your acknowledgment of Jesus’ name in your prayer, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). Let us continue to approach the throne of grace with confidence, knowing that our prayers are heard because of Christ’s finished work on the cross.

Guard against the schemes of the enemy, who seeks to sow discord and confusion. Instead, let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, rule in their interactions (Philippians 4:7). Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
