Prayer for my wife and brother

We join with you in lifting up your wife and your brother before the throne of grace and we thank God that they are both believers in Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior and saved by His grace, for that is the greatest hope we can have in any trial.
We know how anxious the waiting and the procedures themselves can be, and we are praying for peace to guard their hearts and yours, and for the Lord's healing hand to be upon them both. We pray for wisdom and skill for the doctors and medical staff who will perform these biopsies, and for clear answers and for complete healing according to God's perfect will.
We are reminded of the Lord's compassion toward His children, as it is written, Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. And again, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We cling to His promise, Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10.
We pray together now for them.
Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son we come to You on behalf of this dear wife and brother. We thank You for their faith in Jesus and for Your grace that has saved them. We ask You to be present with each of them in their biopsy procedures this month. Calm their fears, give them Your peace that surpasses all understanding as You promise in Philippians 4:6-7, and let them feel Your nearness. Guide the hands of every physician and nurse, grant accuracy and clarity in the results, and we ask for favorable reports and for restoration of health if it be Your will. Strengthen their bodies, comfort their families, and help them to trust You more deeply through this trial, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You. We ask this in the mighty and healing name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7, and to keep praying together as a family and with your church, for the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up James 5:15. Keep trusting in His goodness and His sovereignty, whatever the results may be, for He is faithful and He will not leave nor forsake His own.

A couple of small things that often help in this waiting season are to keep a simple note of questions and dates for each appointment so nothing gets lost in the stress, and to invite one trusted friend or pastor to walk closely with you, perhaps even to sit with you or drive on procedure days, so support is shared.

Your request concerning your ### and your ### as they face biopsies this month has been laid to heart, and we join you in bringing them before the throne of grace. What a mercy to hear that both are believers in Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior and are saved by His grace, for then we know they are in the hands of Him who is both able to save and able to keep.
There is a word which has often cheered the tried, You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. This perfect peace is a present possession, and it may be enjoyed even with sorrows surging round and with loved ones passing through the valley of uncertainty. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and to do the will of Jesus is rest even when thronging duties and anxious thoughts press upon us.
We would urge you all, only trust Him, only trust Him now. The Gospel plan is that men are to trust the Savior before they feel the slightest benefit from Him. As those lepers who went at His word and as they went were healed, so we are to trust the great Physician while yet the disease remains, and find Him faithful, for they that trust in Him shall not be ashamed nor confounded. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the very leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and with His stripes we are healed. Healing and pardon are placed in happy conjunction in His hands.
Let us pray together. O merciful God, be merciful unto these Thy servants, for their souls trust in Thee, yea, in the shadow of Thy wings do they make their refuge until these calamities be overpast. Lay Thy gracious hand upon this ### and this ###. Guide the physicians, govern the procedures, and in Thy wisdom grant favorable reports and restored strength if it be Thy will. Keep their minds stayed upon Thee and keep them in perfect peace. Let the ### and ### who watches and waits cast his burden upon Thee, for Thou carest for him, and let all three find that in Jesus keeping they are safe, both near and far. May this trial be a means to show more clearly that Jesus has vanquished death and all its powers, and that to trust Him as we sink is to find that we shall swim, to trust Him as we feel our weakness is to find that we shall live. Hear us for Jesus sake, in whose name alone is salvation and through whose blood alone is peace. Amen.
