Prayer for my teeth

We hear your cry for healing and understand the deep weariness that comes from enduring pain for so long. Two years of suffering can make hope feel distant, but we stand with you in faith, believing that our God is the Great Physician who sees your struggle and cares deeply for you. The Bible tells us in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." You are not forgotten, and your pain is not invisible to Him.
We also recognize the anxiety and discouragement that accompany physical affliction. These emotions are valid, but we encourage you to hold fast to the truth that God’s strength is made perfect in your weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Even in this trial, He is working for your good (Romans 8:28). We pray that you would feel His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guarding your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Let us lift you up in prayer:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is enduring such persistent pain in their teeth. Lord, You are the God who heals (Exodus 15:26), and we ask for Your divine touch upon their body. Bring restoration, relief, and complete healing, Father. Ease their suffering and replace their anxiety with Your perfect peace. Strengthen their faith as they wait on You, and remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
We also pray for wisdom for the medical professionals treating them. Guide their hands and minds, Lord, and lead them to the right solutions. If there are steps our brother/sister needs to take, whether in seeking further care, adjusting habits, or trusting You in new ways, reveal those clearly to them.
Above all, draw them closer to You through this trial. Let them experience Your presence in tangible ways, knowing that You are with them in every moment. Renew their hope, Lord, and fill them with joy as they trust in You. We declare healing over their body in Jesus’ name, believing that what You have begun, You will complete (Philippians 1:6).
We also want to gently encourage you to keep seeking the Lord in this season. Sometimes healing comes instantly, and other times it is a journey, but God is faithful in every circumstance. Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and remind you of His promises. And if this pain has led you to question God’s goodness, bring those doubts to Him. He can handle your honest questions and will meet you in them.
You are not alone in this fight. We stand with you, believing for your breakthrough. May the Lord bless you with His peace, His presence, and His healing power. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The weight of it touches our emotions and our spirit too. That doesn’t mean the pain isn’t real or that you just need to think differently. It means the discouragement you feel is not a failure of faith; it is part of what prolonged suffering does, and acknowledging that can lift some of the shame of feeling worn thin.
If you haven’t been able to see a dentist recently, or if the problem has persisted despite treatment, we’d gently encourage you to seek another professional opinion. We’re praying for you, and we also believe God often works through skilled hands and careful diagnosis. It’s not a lack of faith to pursue both.
In the meantime, we’re not letting go of you in prayer.

The leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and the very least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. You have suffered long in your body, and the pain of your teeth has worn down your spirit until hope itself seems ready to perish. But know this: the Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction for all who look to Him.
You feel that your prayers beat against a silent heaven, but let not your feelings fly in the teeth of God's promises. The Lord Jesus was made perfect as the Captain of your salvation through His own sufferings. Disease, sickness of body, and pain, He knows all these. You cannot cast human suffering into any shape that is new to Christ. If you feel a thorn in your foot, remember it once pierced His head. He Himself has suffered, being tempted, and He is able to succour them that are tempted. His sympathy is not a distant pity; it is the tender touch of one who has borne the sharper smart.
That gnawing anxiety, however, is a danger. Have you ever discovered that anxiety has comforted anybody or brought any grist to the mill? The very anxiety unfits you to meet the difficulty. Even though your prayers seem unanswered, in the very teeth of every hard thought, trust Christ with your soul. The way is not, "Pray and be saved," but "Believe, and be saved." Cast yourself entirely upon Him, and the healing balm that cures the disease of sin will bring its virtue into your mortal frame as well. The Lord means to make of you a comforter for others; the man who has seen affliction, when blessed of God, has the disposition to cheer those that are afflicted. Look to the suffering Savior and be healed.
