Heavenly Father, in Jesus Name, we come to you today on behalf of ### asking for your guidance and protection as she leads the people of ###. We pray that you will give her the wisdom and discernment to lead with integrity and justice. Give her the strength and courage to make difficult decisions and to stand firm in her convictions. We pray that you will give her the ability to inspire and motivate those she leads and to bring out the best in them. We pray that you will give her the grace to lead with humility and grace. We thank you for the opportunity to serve and we ask that you will bless ### and the people of ### with your peace and provision. In Jesus Name, Amen.
