Prayer for my daughter ### to have ...
Dear Lord, we come before You today to lift up ###, the daughter of the one who has brought this request to us. We ask, Father, that You would grant her the focus and patience she needs in her mind and heart.
We know that Your Word tells us, "Rejoice in hope. Endure under tribulation. Continue steadfastly in prayer" (Romans 12:12, WEB). Lord, help ### to find her joy in You, to endure with patience, and to be steadfast in her prayers. Guide her thoughts and help her to fix her mind on what is true, honorable, right, pure, lovely, and admirable (Philippians 4:8, WEB).
We also know that You instruct us to "be still, and know that I am God" (Psalm 46:10, WEB). Help ### to find her peace in You, Lord. Give her a calm and patient spirit as she navigates her life.
We pray these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is in His name that we have access to Your throne of grace, Lord. We thank You for the gift of salvation through Jesus, and we pray that if ### or her parent has not yet accepted this gift, that they would do so today. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, ### and her parent, that God is faithful. He will equip you with everything good for doing His will (Hebrews 13:21, WEB). Trust in Him, and He will renew your minds and give you the focus and patience you need.
