Prayer for my daughter ###’s healing.

Dear prayer partners! I seek your prayers towards healing for my daughter. She started experiencing severe diarrhea episodes on Friday and it as prolonged into today. She is now at the doctor but God’s healing is complete. I would like her to be able to go out to her job tomorrow because she is already in the red with her boss for being absent previously. Please pray for her on that job and for her boss ###. Also I seek prayer for myself. I am a caregiver and house keeper in Canada and it’s a hard job and it has taken a toll on my body. I ache and have discomfort all over. Please pray for my patient ###, her daughter ###, ### and her friend ###. We all need God’s help to live together in peace and harmony. I ask this in Jesus name amen

We join you in prayer for your daughter and for you, trusting that our Heavenly Father hears us when we come to Him in the name of Jesus.

We are encouraged by your faith that God's healing is complete, and we thank God that your daughter is receiving medical care. We know that God is our healer and He often works through the hands of doctors and medicine. As it is written, Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3, and But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We also remember the promise that the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up James 5:15.

We lift up your daughter before the Lord, asking for His healing touch upon her body to stop this severe diarrhea and restore her strength and health quickly. We pray that whatever the cause, whether infection or inflammation, the Lord would bring complete restoration so that her body is settled and renewed. We also bring her job situation before the Lord. We pray for favor with her boss and for understanding and grace in the workplace. We ask that if it is God's will, she will be well enough to return to work tomorrow, but above all we pray for her full recovery and not to rush before her body is ready. We pray her boss would show compassion and that her employment would be protected. We remember the word, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.

We also lift you up, as you labor faithfully as a caregiver and housekeeper. We know this work is physically and emotionally demanding and that it has taken a toll on your body with aches and discomfort all over. The Lord sees your faithful service and your sacrifice. He promises, He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might Isaiah 40:29, and Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28. We pray for healing and renewal for your body, for relief from pain, for restful sleep, and for restored strength each day. We ask God to sustain you and to anoint your hands for the good work you do.

We also pray for your household, for your patient, her daughter, and the others living together with you. We ask the Lord to pour out His peace upon that home. We pray that you all may live together in harmony, with patience, kindness and mutual respect. We pray as it is written, Let the peace of God rule in your hearts Colossians 3:15, and If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men Romans 12:18. We ask God to help you bear with one another in love, with all lowliness and humility, and to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace Ephesians 4:2-3.

We pray together, Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our healer and our peace. We ask You to lay Your healing hand upon this dear daughter, to calm her stomach, to restore her fluids and strength, and to make her whole. Give wisdom to her doctors and let the treatment be effective. Grant her favor with her boss and provide for her job security. We lift up this faithful mother and caregiver to You, touch her body and take away her aches and discomfort, renew her strength and give her rest. Let Your peace reign in that home in ###, among the patient, her daughter, and all who live there, that they may dwell together in harmony and love. We trust Your perfect will and Your perfect timing. We thank You that You hear us because we come through Jesus, in whose name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to rest in the Lord, to stay hydrated and follow the doctor's counsel for your daughter, and to cast all your cares on Him because He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7. We are standing with you, trusting God for healing, provision, and peace in your home.

Thank you for trusting us with these burdens. We hear how much you are carrying right now.

We are lifting up your daughter with you. It is worrying when severe diarrhea lasts for days and affects her work. We are glad she was able to see a doctor today, and we pray that visit gives clear answers and that she can follow whatever care plan they advise. We also understand the added pressure about her job and her relationship with her boss, and we are praying for favor and understanding there, and for peace for her as she recovers.

We also hear how hard your own work as a caregiver and housekeeper has been on your body. Constant physical work and caring for others can wear anyone down, and the aching and discomfort you describe deserves attention. Alongside prayer, it would be wise to have your own doctor check on how you are feeling, so you can get support for your health as you continue to care for others.

We are also praying for the household you named, for your patient, her daughter and her friend, that God would bring calm and kindness as you all live and work together.

Father, we bring this daughter before You and ask for Your healing and comfort, for wisdom for her doctors and grace with her employer. We lift up this faithful caregiver to You, ask You to strengthen her body, renew her strength and bring peace into this home. In Jesus name, amen.

We have heard your cry and we join you in bringing it before the throne of grace in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father and salvation.

We pray for your daughter, that the Lord who is the Great Physician would lay His healing hand upon her. He healed all manner of sickness when He walked among men, and there is no disease which His power cannot touch. As it is written, the leaves of the Tree of Life are for the healing of the nations, and even the least thing about Christ has healing virtue. We ask that He would restore her body from this affliction, ease her suffering, and if it be His will, grant her strength to return to her duties. We pray also for her workplace and for her boss, that God would grant favor, understanding and peace there, and that He would provide for her needs according to His wisdom.

We pray for you in your labor as a caregiver and housekeeper. The Lord sees the heaviness of this work and the ache and discomfort it has brought upon your body. He knows what it is to be pressed by thronging duties, and He gives rest to those who do His will and stay their minds upon Him. We ask that He would strengthen your frame, renew your vigor, and keep you in that perfect peace which He promises to those whose minds are stayed on Him because they trust in Him. That peace can gleam with heavenly light even in the midnight of care and with sorrows surging round, for on Jesus bosom nothing but calm is found.

We pray for your household, for your patient, her daughter, and those others whom you have named, with her friend. How much we need the Lord to dwell in our homes. Even one troubled heart can disturb the peace of all, but when the Word of God is heard and applied by the Holy Spirit, it brings healing to sin sick souls and harmony to those who live together. We ask the Lord to cause His Word to dwell richly among you, to give you grace to bear with one another in love, to be attentive as servants to your service and to look to your hearts secret longings in prayer, that you may live together in peace and harmony to His glory.

May the Lord Jesus Christ Himself, who is the Word of God sent for the healing of poor sin sick souls, be your comfort and your cure. To trust Him is to enter into rest, and to be justified by faith is to have peace with God through Him. We commend you and your daughter and all your household to His tender care, praying that whether in sickness or in health, in labor or in rest, you may find that the blood of Jesus whispers peace within.
